People will do amazing things to ensure their survival.

CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON SERIES, WE ARE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello Followers,

Happy Week-end!

Today we are continuing down the path of survival and food.

The abnormal toxins which cause disease when they overload the liver and kidneys and pollute the blood and milieu interieur are;

1. The unwanted by-products of digestive functions (as in 1 above), except in greater quantity and higher potency due to the more complicated molecular structure of cooked food, excess protein, etc.

2. Incompletely digested substances entering the bloodstream direct from the digestive tract such as fat particles, cholesterol, protein molecules, salt, condiments, which not only cause toxemia but; by making the blood sticky, impede its circulation.

3. Toxins from infected teeth; mercury from amalgam fillings.

4. Chemicals contained in food, liquor, smoke and water (fluoride and chlorine at the levels commonly used in public water supplies are toxic and immuno-suppressive, as are minerals such as copper and lead from pipes or bore water).

5. Medicine and drugs of any kind.

6. Stress-induced hormonal chemicals.

7. Last and probably the most harmful various acids and toxins produced in the colon by bacterial purification of improperly digested remnants of cooked, high-fat, high-protein food which enter the bloodstream in the water reabsorbed from the colon back into the circulation.

It can be seen then, that depending mainly on the sort of food eaten from day to day.

The toxemia within the body can vary over short periods of time from normal safe levels to levels high enough to disrupt bodily functions in many different ways, wearing out its organs and eventually causing death by functional breakdown of the body's life processes.

Thus, the quality of life and length of its duration may range from zero to perhaps 120 years according to the degree to which toxemia is allowed to exist in the milieu interieur of the body (environment within).

AUGUST – 20th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about August that’s so significant during this month?

World Honey Bee Day – August 20, 2022

World Honey Bee Day is celebrated every third Saturday in August.

It is a holiday that reminds us of the beauty and value of bees.

Do you know there are 20,000 different species of bees all around the world?

This holiday is the time to celebrate the importance of bees in our world.

It also helps create an awareness of the dangers that honey bees face, with suggested ways of solving the problem.

The first World Honey Bee Day was held in 2009, and it has since grown in popularity.

The holiday is intended to promote beekeeping, but it also exposes a lot about honey bees.

Honey’s sweetness is often celebrated during the holiday season.

It is used in some of the most delectable dishes found all around the world.

Honey has a worldwide appeal and is frequently used as a metaphor for fruitfulness in literature.

Since the earliest civilizations, honey has been used as a sweetener for all sorts of food.

Though the method of collecting honey was sometimes painful, the people still happily took the risk.

The importance of honey was not limited to edibility alone.

It has been used as a preservative and for treating certain ailments.

The benefits of honey quickly sparked the desire for beekeeping since the Egyptian civilization.

The method and upkeep improved as time went on.

After a comb harvest, a man named Lorenzo Langstroth discovered a way to keep the hive going.

Bees were also discovered to have a significant role in pollination.

Because pollination is so crucial to us, this has drawn a lot of attention to the role of bees.

World Honey Bee Day is a holiday dedicated to raising awareness about the bee’s numerous advantages.

It’s a day to celebrate beekeeping and encourages you to learn more about it.

However, it is also a day that reminds us of the worldwide extinction of bee species.

It’s a holiday that encourages us to think about our impact on the environment.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

FAITH IS AN ORIENTATION OF THE TOTAL PERSON, GIVING PURPOSE AND GOAL TO ONE’S HOPES AND STRIVING, THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 19; DANCING WITH PORCUPINES (last chapter of the book)

IT TAKES TIME-

Expect your efforts to falter.

Expect to make mistakes as you learn to act and not react.

Even when you begin to sense peace within a previously chaotic relationship, you will never be totally free of anxiety.

Confusion.

Fear.

Or guilt.

No one is.

You will blow it, try again and blow it again.

Be patient as you try.

Perhaps you will conclude that the relationship is hopeless.

If so, learn from it.

Continue tomorrow-

Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 1; WHAT IS STRESS?

SENSORY SUCCESS WITH STRESS

WORKING WITH NATURE-

Joining a volunteer environmental conservation organization or starting your own conservation group, encourages people of all ages to get out into their local countryside and experience it at first hand taking on conservation work.

As well as, helping the local area, people find that their understanding and awareness of the way the natural world works is greatly enhanced.

Time out in the fresh air is de-stressing in itself.

And using touch, sight, and other senses to interact with nature directly is immensely satisfying.

As human beings we are highly sensitive in the environment, we inhabit.

Modern living may have surrounded us with new technology and time saving devices.

Yet, it has also isolated us from the outside world that our senses are created to explore.

The more we allow ourselves to open up to our senses again, the more we will encourage to enjoy the riches of our direct experiences.

As you progress through the up coming posts, you will discover many ways to enjoy your own journey.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

AMAZING THINGS

Until Sunday, I’ve come to learn from my own experiences and those around me that it’s not about survival of the fittest but about who can adapt the best to change.
