Relaxation means releasing all concerns and tension and letting the natural order of life flow

Relaxation means releasing all concerns and tension and letting the natural order of life flow through one's being.

Continuing the SERIES ON BELIEVING

Hello Followers,

Its Monday! Relax and breath in and out, it’s a brand-new week. Before you start this Monday, relax and refuse to let worry and stress rule your life.

There is always a solution to every problem. Things will work out for you when you take time to relax, refresh, restore and recharge your soul. Take time this morning to renew your strength by refreshing your hope and clarifying your vision for what you want to see unfold this week.

I heard this saying this past week-end, an entire sea of water can’t sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship. Similarly, the negativity of the world can’t put you down unless you allow it to get inside you. Remember this saying during the course of the week and when you feel your ship is sinking, remember it can’t unless you allow it to.

Note to self: Beating yourself up for your flaws and mistakes won’t make you perfect, and you don’t have to be. Learn, forgive yourself, and remember: We all struggle; it’s just part of being human.

Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you. By John De Paola

LIFE IS EVERYTHING YOU MAKE IT AND MORE

There will inevitably be obstacles to encounter. But don’t worry that will seem too great for you to handle, because you can. You may doubt yourself at times, but know that if you have faith, you have everything. Faith is the key to being successful.

If you know you are capable of anything because of who you are, you will always reach your destination. It may not always be easy, but it will always be worth it. Look ahead of you, never behind. Have faith in yourself. If you do, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish. By T.L. Nash

EVERYTHING WILL FALL INTO PLACE

Life is like a giant puzzle. Each of us has a picture in our minds of how our lives will turn out.

We keep adding pieces to the puzzle, one at a time, attempting to create that beautiful picture.

If one piece does not fit, we replace it with another. We never get all the pieces in the right place on the first try. It’s all about experimenting until each piece fits together with the next.

Though our futures may not be clear or turn out exactly as we expected, each of us has the strength inside to put the puzzle together. We just have to look for the right pieces. It may seem impossible, but keep striving. Life’s pieces have a way of falling into place when you least expect it. By Renee M. Brtalik

Well, were you able to pick your favorite meditation, walking at home, QIGONG and swing exercise? Were you able to follow the instructions on how to retrieve them on the blog pages?

Dan and my meditation favorite was the 10 Minute Guided Meditation for Becoming More Mindful. This is a good one to start a new week, so why not repeat it again!

This 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation will allow you to slow down and really become aware of the present moment. Clear your head, and become relaxed into the now. Enjoy!

This next message is something to think about, for future days ahead!

TAKE A DUVET DAY

You don’t need to be sneezing and coughing to have a day off work without any plans. Book a day’s holiday or take some time off in lieu of overtime you’ve worked. Switch off your phone and don’t check your emails; otherwise, it doesn’t count and do something totally different. If you want to spend the day in your pajamas watching Netflix, choose to take it and order in food – do it! Maybe you’ll choose to take a long walk or paint your bedroom. Whatever you decide, own the day and don’t ever feel guilty, you’ll feel rejuvenated and your productivity levels will be sky high.

Most importantly, you’ll realize that the office can exist without you and an email left unanswered for a day won’t end in disaster.

You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens. By Mandy Hale

I’m kind of curious of what practice you choose between QIGONG or swing exercise. Or did you not do neither. Send me a message of your thought - love to hear from you -

Today I am continuing to be re-reading my book that I wrote four years ago; it’s a personal journey of my everyday experience with treatments that I received in Mexico. In relations to the current series of BELIEVING, entry from 1-15-11; RELAXING DAY.

Today actually was a relaxing day. Dan watched football on the internet. Since we are in Mexico the games are broadcasted in Spanish and he viewed only the first quarter on TV. The other quarter on the computer.

The doctor came in to explain why they could not put the port in yesterday. My blueprint is unlike any other person’s. my arteries are shaped different and they tried for approximately an hour and were unable to do so. I’ll be given another test to see how they are going to place it. Once that is done the doctors will get together and decide the outcome.

Today, I had several IVs with different minerals and vitamins to build my body up, along with six pills. I cannot take medication, for it gets stuck in my throat. They tried to work with me and gave me what they had in liquid form. Coming back to the meds, I was able to keep them down and told my male nurse it’s because of him and that he was cute.

Yesterday morning, we had CHIA SEED PUDDING WITH CINNAMON MAPLE SYRUP and Dan loved it. Check it out -

I’m blogging today on a new herb the FENNEL. It is a wonderfully sweet and aromatic seed with its ability to calm and soothe the belly, it’s like nature’s version of what candy should be.

Fennel is an old-world plant, that now grows in warm climates across the world. The bulb is a crisp, delicious food and the seeds have potent aromatic qualities that help to relieve digestive problems, muscle tension and pain. Both the seeds and the blub have a mild licorice taste.

Fennel is effective and safe for children with colic, for young women with menstrual pain and for nursing mothers. You can simply chew on the seeds after meals to enjoy better digestive and fresh breath. Tomorrow I will share a recipe of ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLES WITH FENNEL.

Until Tuesday, it’s a good idea always to do something relaxing prior to making an important decision in your life. RELAX, REFRESH, RENEW.
