Hello followers,
Happy Hump Day!
Where has this year gone?
Time flies by in the blink of an eye.
And suddenly you look for yourself, in a mirror you look for the little person you were.
And you see yourself there playing with your head in the clouds and a handful of dreams in your pockets.
You see yourself and you look at yourself sweetly, you see the times you have not forgiven yourself, that you have not loved yourself and those times you fell when you thought that your grazed knees would never heal.
Suddenly you see yourself and you realize that you would like to wrap that little person in a warm blanket, tell them that everything will be okay, that they will find a way, their way, that they will fall but will get up again and that there will be wounds destined to disappear and others that will turn into scars but those scars will not weaken them, they will strengthen them, they will make them less vulnerable in the face of disappointment and pain.
Suddenly, you see yourself today, and you realize how much history has already been written, how many pages you have already lived, how far that little person has moved away from you, step by step.
Suddenly you falter, you wonder where that little person has gone and you feel nostalgic for yourself, for your little self who wants to grow up in the blink of an eye, but then you look at yourself better and you realize that you are there, even your little self is still there.
And then you know that you are not only what you are now but also what you were, that you are the shell of your person, the mother of your little self.
And suddenly walking along the timeline, you understand that that part of you, the most carefree and dreamy, at times insecure and at times courageous, is part of you.
Because no painting is born already complete, no book is born already written.
There is always a first stroke, a first letter.
And that first stroke cannot be forgotten or erased.
It will always be part of the work of your life.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- DEPTH
Your heart is the size of an ocean.
Find yourself in its hidden depths.
Do not just show kindness in passing or to be courteous.
Show it in depth, show it with passion, and expect nothing in return.
Kindness is not just about being nice; it is about recognizing another human being who deserves care and respect.
Cultivate a deep understanding of yourself, not only what your strengths and weaknesses are but also how you learn, how you work with others, what your values are, and where you can make the greatest contribution.
Because only when you operate from strengths can you achieve true excellence.
Know your depth!

EMBRACE DEPTH
The blue sky hangs above you, when was the last time you looked deeply at it?
The sky is deeper than the ocean, the widest thing you can imagine.
It is easy to think of it as simply blue, a simple fact of life with a simple color.
But if you take time with it, the sky is more shades of blue than the dictionary can name and is full of secrets.
Your mind is as wide, your heart is as deep; spend time with these deep things all around you.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This 10-minute guided meditation will help you to enter deep within yourself in this peaceful meditation and recognize how entering deep within yourself is very similar to entering deep within the center of the Universe.
Meditation is one of the oldest and most popular relaxation techniques that has proven health benefits.
It can trigger many beneficial changes in the body, such as calming down the nervous system, lowering blood pressure, improving mood, increasing creativity and curiosity.
The practice of meditation is more than just sitting quietly.
Meditation is about training your mind to focus on something peaceful or positive for a certain amount of time, usually about 10 minutes to allow you to relax.
Meditation can be a powerful way to reduce stress and improve your mental health.
Let us look at what happens in the brain when you meditate.
When you meditate, it becomes easier for the brain to regulate itself.
It will also help to release certain hormones that produce feelings of calmness and happiness.
Some people find it difficult to meditate because their mind is constantly racing or are constantly being distracted by their thoughts.
Meditation can help with this problem by training the mind so that it does not follow every random thought they have.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Thursday, growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.
