Persistence is a huge key to overcoming challenges.
Giving up means that you will neither overcome the challenge nor learn from it.
Power through challenges by asking for support, feeling your feelings, and making a plan to work through it.

Learn from feedback.
Thank your partner for their honesty.
· ACCEPT CHANGE
Don’t expect your partner not to have evolved in their needs and priorities since you first got together.
Work out how any new elements can be accommodated within your bond.

The suggestions that it is your problem implies that you should shape up, realign your focus, or get a better attitude.
You may be unable to break through this façade but you can try.
