The wise does at once what the fool does at last.

Continuing another week of the SERIES ON BELIEVING

Hello followers,

Its Monday! Don’t procrastinate -the best way to sum up the act of procrastination. Be wise and just do what needs to be done at the time it needs to be done.

It is rather foolish to push things back that must be done if they’re eventually going to need to get done at some point. When you do the work in a timely manner you free yourself up to do more and achieve more, rather than struggle with easy tasks that should have been done long ago.

When you put off what needs to be done you are putting off your success and plenty of opportunities to accomplish and become even more.

So, with that said; I was talking to someone the other day and was mentioning what Dan and my daily routine was. Even though we are retired, any one can do these simple healthy steps.

They basically take a little bit of your time and can be fitted in to your work day. You can make it a game with your kids and have them join in with you. HEALTH IS WEALTH and you deserve it!

“Do not watch the clock. Do what it does. Keep going.” ~ Sam Levenson

Ever get caught watching the clock and stressing out about the ticking seconds and thinking that you won’t be able to get your current task done in time? I know I feel that why ever week.

Dan wants to have dinner on the table before 6:00 o’clock and sometimes I’m in the middle of a project or getting the next day blog together. And that’s a dangerous thing to do because the clock doesn’t stop unless the batteries go out on it. You should take the same approach and work with the clock rather than against it. It keeps ticking methodically and so should you. Make use of each second and don’t waste time because you’ll find that eventually you’ll be looking at the clock and stressing over it, which doesn’t produce anything.

Believe

Believe in the power of believing. Say, I believe, and believe it. Believe in something, anything, that gives you the courage and strength to continue on when it would be so easy to give up. Believe that you’re beautiful. Believe it when someone tells you, “You deserve to be happy.” Believe that you have choices and that you can choose wisely. By Rachel Snyder

Dan and I have been exploring the world of Qigong again. If you have been following the blog,

I mention that we were doing it. Well, we are going to start it back up. Every other day, Dan will go to You Tube and looks for certain exercises of Qigong for the mood we are in that day. Today we explored again, Daily Energy.

A Qigong energy routine inspired by Donna Eden's Daily Energy exercises designed to wake up your body’s energies and get them moving in the right direction. This routine combines some of the best Eden Energy Medicine practices with basic Qigong purging warm ups and Qigong Flow.

Look Ahead

Memories of the past mistakes, rotten relationships or work blunders can stop you feeling present in the moment and block you from moving forward. Let go of these feelings and emotions and free yourself from that fear of replicating them. By putting them in a box, you’ll find yourself more focused on where you’re heading. You’ll start to feel an inner peace that means you won’t be so concerned with pulling work all-nighters or dragging yourself out for dinner. You will feel more solid when you choose to stand still, rather than pushing yourself to do things you’d really rather not.

Create a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good on the outside.

Simple Joys

Go out for a walk with no destination in mind. See where your feet take you. Maybe you’ll end up reminiscing in your old neighborhood, or you’ll find yourself in a coffee shop or the local park.

Focus on the journey, not the destination.

That is what Dan and I did yesterday, the weather here in Virginia was 73 degrees and we went to our favorite park. Walking and talking, before we new it we had walked 3 miles.

Since it’s the beginning of the week, here is an easy 1 Mile Walk | Walk at Home

Are you looking for a way to get started building your healthy routine? This is one of the BEST ways you can do that! This is a 1 mile walk perfect for beginners. This workout is from the Super Walks series.

One last message before I go, last year for my birthday my daughter gave me this book; ALCHEMY OF HERBS. When Dan and I lived in Mexico, we were seeing this herbalist and I began getting interested in how and what herbs cure different elements. So, this book was a dream come true for now I can share with you the transform ingredients of herbs to food and remedies that heal.

I would bore you with the details, so you will have to buy the book by ROSALEE DE LA FORET.

Tomorrow, I’m going to jump right into the book and go over the HERBS with recipes and how it relates to your health.

“The more we do the more we can do.” ~ William Hazlitt

Until Tuesday, the more you accomplish the more you build up your confidence and find that there’s even more you can accomplish. Isn’t it great that just by taking action and getting things done you make it possible to do even more? This doesn’t mean you are going to be working harder and harder as you go along, but you’ll become more effective and efficient the more you do, so that you get more done with less effort, and are then able to produce more with the same amount of effort. Your own financial resources will likely grow with the more you do, so you can really do more.

LIMITATION OF TIME

As a soul you are capable of having a human experience in a physical dimension, but you must realize that this physical world is measured by the limitations of time. #soul#capable#humanexperience#dimension#world#measured#limitations#time#inspiration#motivational#human#experience
