Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!

This year is coming to an end, and 2026 will begin soon.
So, before we start a new year, there is a question we should ask ourselves do we have a good quality of life?
If not, we can make a change!
It is never too late.
What exactly does quality of life refer to?

Does it simply refer to happiness or is it more complicated than that?
When it comes to living a healthy, happy life, it is not only about how many years you live, but also about the quality of those years.
Quality of life is a broad concept that includes subjective evaluations of various aspects of life, including employment, housing, community, and health.
While all of these are important, there is one that stands above the rest when it comes to assessing the overall quality of life: health.

As the saying goes, health is your greatest wealth and without it, your ability to fully experience other aspects of your life is hindered.
Understanding and enhancing your quality of life is essential for leading a fulfilling and meaningful existence.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT
DID YOU KNOW!
Color can be defined as the way our eyes perceive life.
Step outside today and open your eyes.
As you look up to the blue sky and down at the green of trees, and around to the golden rays of the sun, color is everywhere.
It is easy to take for granted, this kaleidoscope we live in.
But what if I told you that color is not really a property of objects, but something conjured up in your mind?
What you perceive as “red” or “blue” is the result of photons, atoms, and the biology of your eyes and brain.
This is the physics of color, the fascinating interplay of light, matter, and perception that paints our universe.
To truly understand why we see the world the way we do, we must start at the beginning with light itself.
Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation, an oscillating wave of electric and magnetic fields traveling through space.
But it is not just any kind of wave, it comes in a spectrum.
The electromagnetic spectrum is vast, stretching from radio waves the size of buildings to gamma rays smaller than atoms.
But only a tiny sliver of that spectrum is visible to the human eye: wavelengths between roughly 400 and 700 nanometers.
This visible spectrum encompasses all the colors we can perceive, from the deep violets at the shortest wavelengths, through blues, greens, and yellows, all the way to the reds at the longest wavelengths.
Each color corresponds to a specific wavelength of light.
Violet light, for example, has a wavelength of around four hundred nanometers, while red light is closer to seven hundred.
But color is not just about wavelength.
It is about how light interacts with matter and how our eyes and brain interpret that interaction.
To understand that we need to explore how light behaves when it encounters objects in the world.
Tomorrow we will explore how light behaves when it encounters objects.
Today we are doing another color breathing technique guided meditation.
For today's meditation we have chosen the color purple, because Dan and I have really loved our lavender incense!
A thank you goes out to our friend Tom for the gift of incenses and burner.
Color breathing techniques are types of relaxation and breathing exercises that can be used to manage stress, reduce blood pressure, clear the mind, and influence our mental and emotional wellbeing.
Purple inspires creativity, bravery, originality, imagination, and expression.

It sparks romance and passion as well as intuitive and idealistic thinking.
A serene and calming color, purple can help to make wise and thoughtful decisions.
It is often used to impart a sense of the unknown, of curiosity, and of mystery.
Purple inspires unconditional and selfless love and empathy, encouraging sensitivity and compassion towards both us and others.

Until Saturday, when gratitude becomes your habit, life’s quality naturally rises.
