Hello Followers,
Welcome to Tuesday!

Why does quality of life matter to Dan and me?
And what makes a good life for you?
Is it money, health, relationships, purpose, or something else?
Quality of life is not just about living longer to us.
It is about living better.
It includes joy, meaning, safety, connection, health, and opportunity.
Measuring these things may be tricky, but doing so helps us build a more compassionate, informed, and human-centered world.
Try reflecting on these core areas, this is how Dan and I have assessed our quality of life.
Our first core is health, do you feel physically well and energetic?
Are you getting regular sleep, exercise, and healthy food?
Our second core is emotional well-being, are you mostly content or frequently stressed?
Our third core, do you experience joy, gratitude, or a sense of peace?
Our fourth core is relationships; do you have people you trust and enjoy spending time with?
Do you feel supported and valued?
Our fifth core is purpose and meaning, do you have goals that matter to you?
Are you engaged in something bigger than yourself, family, work, art, volunteering, spirituality?
Our sixth core is work and daily life, do you feel fulfilled or drained by your work or routines?
Do you have time for leisure, creativity, or learning?
Our seventh core is freedom and security; can you make your own choices?
Do you feel safe; physically, financially, and emotionally?
What Dan and I did, we wrote our answers down.
Then rated each on a scale from 1 to 10.
This self-inventory helped us to notice areas that we needed more attention.
Try it!
KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT
DID YOU KNOW
Life is like a beautiful and constantly changing picture, filled with many different colors.
It is important to live a colorful life and hold a colorful attitude every single chance you get.
Even on your darkest days, the tiniest ounce of color can turn your mindset around for the better.
If you are feeling a bit down or going through a tough stage of your life, it is important to always stay positive.
Being colorful can help you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Even small positive things can make the world a little bit more colorful.
A short, guided meditation through the seven different chakra colors and the emotions they relate to.

Until Wednesday, quality time is more valuable than money.
You can get more money, but you cannot get more quality of time.
