Hello Followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND!

And welcome to the last Saturday of November.
Dan and I heard something the other day that impacted us enough for a conversation, we need to purify ourselves every day.
I wonder how many of us start each day with a clean slate.
With the last several posts we have been exploring the topic of quality of life and this word purify stuck with me relating to our quality.
Purifying every morning brings a fresh start.
A new chance to rewrite your story, take one more step toward your goals, and fill your day with purpose.
How you begin your morning can set the tone for everything that follows.
Whether you need a spark of inspiration, a dose of confidence, or a reminder of your strength, a few powerful words can shift your entire mindset.
Each morning, we are born again.
What we do today is what matters.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT
DID YOU KNOW!
How we see color, it is about how light interacts with matter and how our eyes and brain interpret that interaction.
To understand that we need to explore how light behaves when it encounters objects in the world.
When light hits an object, several things can happen.
Some of it might be absorbed, some reflected, and some transmitted through.
The specific outcome depends on the properties of the object’s surface and its internal structure.
Imagine a ripe tomato.
White sunlight, which contains all colors of the visible spectrum, strikes its skin.
The tomato’s surface absorbs most of the shorter wavelengths; blue, green, and violet, while reflecting longer wavelengths, particularly those corresponding to red.
Your eyes detect this reflected red light, and your brain interprets the object as red.
Materials can absorb certain wavelengths due to the arrangement of their atoms and molecules.
Electrons in those atoms can absorb photons of energies (which correspond to specific wavelengths), jump to higher energy levels, and then release energy in different forms, often as heat.
The wavelengths that are not absorbed are reflected or transmitted, giving the object its color.
Transparent objects, like stained glass, can selectively transmit certain wavelengths while absorbing or reflecting others.
A blue pane of glass, for instance, absorbs red and green light but allows blue light to pass through.
Thus, the color we perceive is a selective survival of certain wavelengths in the battle between light and matter.
Tomorrow we are going to explore, the eye is a color-detecting machine.
Today, we have a color healing meditation for you.
There are many ways to do color healing journeys.
Today we are going to do one with the help of the clouds, so this is going to be very light, fun, and airy, but also a healing meditation.

Until Sunday, every sunrise is proof that you can start again.
