They who live in harmony with themselves lives in harmony with the universe.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Living a great story, can start at any time.

As seconds, minutes, hours and days go by; Dan and I learn from the past and create the middle of our story.

How is the middle of your great story?

By creating a great story of your life is about learning different things.

As many great people have said in the past, the day you stop learning is the day that you die.

Every day is a chance to learn something new about the life you wish to attain or the person you wish to become.

Keep inquiring and exploring.

A jack of all trades is far more equipped than a master of only one.

Also concentrate on your passions.

Your passion is what you love to do every day because it gives you a sense of worth and fulfillment.

This can be concentrated into your true-life purpose, which is the key to real wealth on this earth.

Use your passion in the most productive and universal way possible and you will discover the reasons behind your most important endeavors and goals.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 5; HAPPILY, BUSY

NOURISH YOUR TALENTS

Knowing what you’re good at is just as beneficial as knowing your weakness.

Don’t let modesty obscure your sense of your own skill-set.

Why eclipse a large part of who you are?

Knowing your talents puts you in a position to develop them further, making yourself exceptional.

Build on what you can do, so you end up being capable of even more.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

NOT FORGETTING

To forget is not the same as to forgive.

The mind is a computer that stores facts.

There is no erase button to expunge specific memories.

Trying to forget the hurts stuffs them into the closet where each time someone or something opens the door, the memories jump back out; as poignant as ever.

The memories tend also to seep through the cracks; oozing murky feelings that wipe out trust, prejudge performance, and make love-conditional.

PREEQUISITES DESTROY FORGIVENESS –

Continue tomorrow-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

I’ve heard that cacao can improve the overall skin health.

Chronic inflammation and oxidative stress are both conditions that can cause a decline in skin condition and result in the development of acne.

Psychological stress is also a known cause of reduced skin health and acne.

These conditions have been documented to trigger acne in individuals and exacerbate these issues in a stubborn and continuous cycle.

Cacao flavanols are capable of countering oxidative stress and mediating the inflammatory response of the immune system.

This can help to reduce damage to skin cells and improve skin condition.

Other components in cacao, such as tryptamine and PEA, are able to interact with serotonergic and dopaminergic pathways in our bodies to reduce mental and emotional stress, boost mood and enhance feelings of pleasure.

Reducing mental and emotional stress is important in slowing down over-active sebum production, which may also lead to the development of acne.

The key with cacao is not to consume it with too much sugar, as high sugar intake can exacerbate skin issues such as acne or blemishes.

Further to this cacao butter in particular is an amazing antioxidant rich skin moisturizer that can be applied topically to improve skin quality and radiance.

Combine periodical full cacao paste face rubs with daily use of cacao butter as a topical moisturizer with taking 20g of cacao orally to get your skin glowing again inside and out.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

WE SPEND PRECIOUS HOURS FEARING THE INEVITABLE. IT WOULD BE WISE TO USE THAT TIME ADORING OUR FAMILIES, CHERISHING OUR FRIENDS AND LIVING OUR LIVES.
