When life gets harder, challenge yourself to be stronger.

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – TEA. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Think about this, everyone has two choices!

The first choice is Live ACTIVELY.

Take initiative, create discipline, make an effort, change and grow beyond your imagination.

Navigate these horrors successfully to be the best you can be.

Second choice is Live REACTIVELY

This is living in some bubble of false security, your comfort zone around you waiting to burst.

Oh, and it will burst, and let me tell you from Dan and my personal experience; when it does, the pain isn’t pleasant.

It took us to get cancer to realize how important it is to challenge ourselves through all the obstacles life gives us.

Both Dan and I wholeheartedly agree, that changing yourself is not an easy task.

It takes a lot of courage, patience, and time.

The best way to bring this about is to dare yourself to change, to challenge yourself.

I can give you reasons to fear the consequences of not changing yourself, but perhaps it is better to explore the benefits of challenging yourself to change.

So, tomorrow Dan and I will start exploring the benefits of challenging yourself to change.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

DETACH YOURSELF

When problems clutter your in-tray, don’t treat this as personal pressure.

It’s your job to deal with such difficulties, part of what you’re paid to do.

Detached, yourself, your work isn’t what defines you.

If emotions arise at work, think of them as happening within the work part of your brain; don’t bring them home with you.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM

You may not be able to get a screwed-up person to sit down in a quiet place, stay attentive, listen as well as speak, and work toward a healthy resolution.

But you can try!

Even if all the conditions are not perfect, you can control your own actions.

Stop yourself, shut your mouth, and listen when the person interrupts or wants to speak.

Even if you don’t agree, listen without interruption.

In a soft time, correct untruth.

Say something similar these noncombative and nonchallenging statements, as you clearly and quietly restate the truth:

· I’m sorry but I do not feel like you think I do -

· What I really said was –

· I appreciate what you said but I have not found that to be correct –

· Could we get back to the subject –

Continue tomorrow -

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?

Put the kettle on, because we’re sharing some of the biggest benefits hidden in the world’s most

popular teas.

Today type four, Black Teas –

Black tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, the same plant that’s used to make green tea.

However, the leaves are dried and fermented, giving black tea a darker color and richer flavor.

Unlike many other varieties, black tea is caffeinated, so it’s important to monitor your intake.

When you do pour yourself a cup of black tea, you benefit from flavonoids that combat inflammation and support healthy immune function.

However, you don’t have to merely drink black tea to benefit from its healthy properties.

It can be steamed, cooled and then pressed on minor cuts, scrapes and bruises to relieve pain and reduce swelling.

A black tea bath can also ease inflammation caused by skin rashes and conditions such as poison ivy.

Tomorrow the fifth type, Oolong Tea.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

ALWAYS SPEAK AND THINK KINDLY OF YOURSELF BECAUSE YOUR SOUL NEEDS YOUR APPROVAL.
