WHY AND BECAUSE

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON WE ARE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day!

We have made it half way through the week and toward the end of August.

I guess this is a good enough time to ask, how has this month been?

The other day I went back on Facebook memories and one of my writings popped up.

And since Dan and I have been focusing on the word SURVIVIAL, I thought this would be something to share since it’s the middle of the week.

WHY AND BECAUSE

When my daughter was two her favorite word would be why.

Anything and everything that came out of her mouth was why and everything that came out of my mouth was because.

It’s much like into days’ world when I ask why cancer has not been managed as of yet and I get from doctors and professionals; because.

Not much has changed since I and my daughter’s terrible two’s.

In the result of always getting the same answer “BECAUSE”, I did my own research and found out on my own why and the conclusion without the because.

We as a world need to ask more on why there is a because and not an answer.

For every situation there is a solution all you have to do is be open minded and use your mind to locate the information.

We can turn the “BECAUSE” into a noun instead of a verb.

I have created websites and blogs to do just that.

Ways to benefit our bodies completely (BODY, SOUL, and MIND) for it takes a full circle of our being to create a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Do not be the one to say because, be the one with the solution to the situation.

WE WERE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE!

Tomorrow, we will continue on something that Dan and I take very serious on keeping healthy; toxemia in our bodies.

AUGUST – 24th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about August that’s so significant during this month?

National Danny Day – August 24, 2022

Let’s all celebrate our Danny’s today. I have been blessed to have a soul mate, friend, lover, and husband named DAN or some call him Danny.

Oh, and also my editor.

So, this day is for you!

This day is dedicated to all the wonderful Danny’s we know.

Danny is a rare unisex name that works not only as a first name but also as a nickname.

The name has its origins in Hebrew where it means “God is my judge”.

Needless to say, people named Danny are God-fearing and righteous.

Happy National Danny Day to all the Danny’s who bring us so much joy!

This day is dedicated to celebrating you and your awesomeness.

Danny is most popularly used as a nickname for Daniel but, of course, it can also be the given name for a baby boy or girl.

Daniel can also be found in the Hebrew Bible and Old Testament.

He was a prophet who lived 600 years before Christ.

According to the tale, the namesake figure was thrown into a lion’s den and saved by an angel.

This story gained much popularity during the Middle Ages and the name became popular in English-speaking countries.

Daniel was a Jewish slave in the city of Babylon to the Assyrian king Nebuchadnezzar.

Daniel gained favor with the king through his ability to interpret dreams.

He is later thrown into a lion’s den by his enemies, only to be saved by an angel of God who held the lions’ mouths shut so Daniel could escape unharmed.

This incident was often depicted in miracle plays which gave the name further prominence.

Danny is the English nickname for Daniel but is often used as a name in its own right, particularly in the United States.

A character in religion and song, Danny has been immortalized in folk songs such as Danny Boy.

The song has now become a popular lullaby!

People named Danny are trustworthy, with straightforward personalities who are also dedicated and organized.

They are the backbone of their families, workplace, and communities.

They are also tidy, punctual, and full of integrity.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

WHERE YOUR PLEASURE IS, THERE IS YOUR TREASURE. WHERE YOUR TREASURE, THERE YOUR HEART. WHERE YOUR HEART, THERE YOUR HAPPINESS.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 19; DANCING WITH PORCUPINES (last chapter of the book)

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE-

The purpose of blogging on this book is not to lay out a specific plan but to guide you into finding your own path.

The way is already in you.

All you need to do to follow it is to recognize it and act on it.

As we come to an end, tomorrow we will review some of the important points that will help you on your way.

Stay tune-

Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY

A RAINBOW OF COLORS

Before we go over the spectrum of colors and how it effects our moods, I wrote a book and it was published about eight years ago; that was how our lives represents a canvas.

What we create by our imagination through color designs the path of our journey.

PRIMARY SHADES MUTED SHADES EFFECTS

Red pinks warming, stimulating, dynamic, power (pink is calming)

Orange salmon, apricot warming, cheering, positive. Outgoing

Yellow lemon, gold opening, brightening, expansive, clarifying

Green lime, olive soothing, calming, refreshing, restful

Blue pale blue, turquoise gentle, cooling, soothing, peaceful

Indigo dark blues relaxing, calming, deep, restoring

Violet lilac, purple cooling, mentally expensive, restful

Black grays enveloping, slow, contracting

White brilliant, cold, expansive

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

WHY❓AND BECAUSE

Until Thursday, for every situation there is a solution all you have to do is be open minded and use your mind to locate the information. We can turn the “BECAUSE” into a noun instead of a verb.
