In this moment, there is plenty of time.

It is easy to lose sight of the beauty and significance of the present moment.
Yet, it is in the here and now that true happiness can be found.
Life is about dancing in the rain while the sun sings its music, and the rainbows deliver hope.
It is in being totally and fully present with us, that we can live a whole lifetime in a single moment.

There is no doubt change can be intimidating.
Everyone has habits and routines they are comfortable in, and the thought of trying something out of your comfort zone can feel overwhelming.
It is tempting to keep things as they are for the sake of familiarity.
However, it is essential that we look at the possibilities that come from change.
Change can bring peace and awareness, as well as throwing us into a future we only once dreamed of.
Change helps us understand our circumstances, come to terms with what is done, and truly grow.
