This could be seconds spent in quiet stillness while the coffee is perking or while your computer is switching on, or it could be as simple as taking a deep breath of crisp morning air as you leave the house.




Enjoy the journey toward mindfulness.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- ANTICIPATION



Waiting in anticipation is a unique ingredient of emotions.


Is it not?


The very sense of suddenly feeling alive makes everybody crave the pleasure of anticipating.


There is a bundle of mixed feelings like nervousness, thrill, adrenaline rush, excitement, and mild restlessness waiting for the actual events to unleash, but in a good way.



Simply put, the anticipation of love is a bittersweet feeling in the heart.


You are excited but still have no clue about the outcome.


But too much expectation of results may distract you from living in reality and lead to unnecessary disappointments and future frustrations.



So, thread the line with caution.


By anticipation we sugar misery and enjoy happiness before they are in being.


We can set the sun and stars forward or lose sight of them by wandering into those retired parts of eternity when the heavens and earth shall be no more.
