Be thankful for each new challenge, because it will build your strength and character.

THIS WEEK WE WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Tuesday and first day of February!

Are you ready for February?

Dan and I are wishing you a fabulous month ahead.

We challenge you, to expand your social growth this month.

You cannot grow in isolation.

At times you will be required to meet new people to help and seek help from them.

The right mindset with these meetings can give a huge boost to both your confidence and eventually your social status.

Let’s begin!

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

PUT STATUS IN PERSPECTIVE

Status, where we stand in relation to others; means more to some than salary, though salary too can be seen in status terms.

Even a small increase in status triggers positive emotions.

More important though; are expertise, competence and experience.

Status follows these in a hit-or-miss way.

Sometimes influence operates as well.

By all means be ambitious, but focus on genuine self-development; not lifting yourself up the status ladder by whatever means you can think of.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM

CONFRONTATION –

WHAT YOU AVOID CONTOLS YOU.

Enter any confrontation with a SUP knowing what you avoid controls you.

Timing is critical to success.

Choose a time when there will be no interruptions, no phone calls, no people, no kids.

You need to be calm, not rushed, and so does the person with whom you are trying to resolve issues.

Screwed-up people use business, limited time, rudeness and interruptions to keep others off balance.

Expect such behavior and don’t allow it to bother you.

Think about the timing so you know when to confront and when to quit.

Continue tomorrow -

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?

At first glance, artichoke might seem like a strange thing to include in an herb and spice category.

But artichokes have long been used as food and medicine.

They are among the most antioxidant-dense vegetables available.

Their high levels of fiber and inulin (a prebiotic) make them a wonderful vegetable for digestive health.

Historically they have long been used for liver health and were infamously used as an aphrodisiac.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO HAPPINESS AND THAT IS TO CEASE WORRYING ABOUT THINGS WHICH ARE BEYOND THE POWER OF OUR WILL.

EACH NEW CHALLENGE

Be thankful for each new challenge, because it will build your strength and character. #thankful#each#new#challenge#because#build#strength#character#newbeginnings#motivational#inspirational#newyear2022❤️

Until Wednesday, our very survival depends

on our ability to stay awake,

to adjust to new ideas, to remain vigilant

and to face the challenge of change.
