Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew.

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – TEA. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Wednesday!

Dan and I have always taken each of our challenges to heart and realize that there are reasons why we need to challenge ourselves to change.

The challenge helps you identify your personal and professional goals.

Every challenge needs a target.

When you want to change for the better, you seek a target that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

If this helps you take even one small step in the right direction, it will be a meaningful success.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

BE A TEAM PLAYER

Showing you’re an effective team member will win you credit at work but also brings its own rewards.

Show whole-hearted commitment.

Avoid lingering on the sidelines.

Be reliable and flexible, don’t insist on sticking to your job description or allotted role.

Also, be a good listener and communicator.

If there’s a problem within the team, work toward a constructive solution without blaming anyone.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM

You may not be able to get a screwed-up person to sit down in a quiet place, stay attentive, listen as well as speak, and work toward a healthy resolution.

Talk in terms of we, when you refer to goals and partnership.

Use I, statements to show your commitment to the process.

Your words should express good will, hope, and caring; even as they convey your concerns.

· We surely can find a way to be friends –

· We have a lot in common –

· I want to –

· I hope we can –

Continue tomorrow -

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?

Put the kettle on, because we’re sharing some of the biggest benefits hidden in the world’s most

popular teas.

Today the fifth type, Oolong Tea.

Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea variety that’s made from the same plant used to make green and black teas.

The difference is how the tea is processed; Green tea is not allowed to oxidize much, but black tea is allowed to oxidize until it turns black.

Oolong tea is somewhere in between the two, so it is partially oxidized.

This partial oxidation is responsible for oolong tea's color and characteristic taste.

Oolong tea is notable for containing l-theanine, an amino acid that reduces anxiety and increases alertness and attention.

Scientists have found that l-theanine can help prevent cognitive diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases.

Oolong tea is also high in polyphenols, which are linked to lowering inflammation, preventing the growth of cancers and decreasing type 2 diabetes risk.

Tomorrow, which teas should be avoided?

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

NEVER GET SO BUSY MAKING A LIVING, THAT YOU FORGET TO MAKE A LIFE.

CHALLENGES MAKE YOU DISCOVER THINGS

Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew. #challenges#discover#things#about#yourself#never#really#knew#newyear2022❤️ #inspirational#motivational

Until Thursday, life is about accepting the challenges along the way,

choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey.
