Conflict cannot survive without your participation.

TODAY DAN AND I ARE STARTING A NEW SERIES, WE ARE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello Followers,

Week-end is approaching!

What do you have planned for the the first week-end of August?

What's your general state of mind going to be, going into the new month?

Questions, questions!

But they are important to survival.

Are you easy going, positive and pretty happy or do you complain, have judgments and feel things are against you?

Are you self-supporting or self-defeating?

These qualities can be covered by the word’s hero or victim. It's that's basic.

How much do you see yourself as a victim?

Misunderstood and followed around by a black cloud that doesn't miss a chance to rain all over you.

And you just can't get a break.

How much do you see yourself as a hero?

A person of integrity, who works hard, comes through and truly cares about people.

And even use what has happened to you in your life to be a kinder person.

It's an important element of being a hero.

I’m blogging about the two words hero and victim because they are real for survival.

And Dan and I are encouraging you to have a hero’s state of mind and a purpose in life.

AUGUST – 5th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about August that’s so significant during this month?

Blogger Day – August 5, 2022

How appropriate that Dan and I celebrate this day!

This day celebrates one of the most popular platforms in the world, Blogger.

Anyone who has ever created a blog before has most likely used Blogger.

This platform allows people to express themselves for either personal or commercial reasons.

Some bloggers use blogs to disseminate information and it has been a very good way to consume news ranging from politics to sports, technology, lifestyle, and a host of other topics.

This day should be well celebrated, especially by the blogging community as it celebrates one of the platforms that contribute to our freedom of speech.

Blogging started with several digital precursors to it.

Before it became popular, digital communities took many forms.

In the 1990s, WebEx and other Internet forum software created running conversations with threads.

Blogger, an American online content management system, was established by Pyra Labs on August 23, 1999, after which it was acquired by Google in 2003.

Google hosts the blogs and they are accessed through a subdomain of blogspot.com.

Users can also have their custom domain (such as www.example.com) by using D.N.S. facilities to direct a domain to Google’s servers.

Up to 100 blogs or websites per account are allowed.

Blogger is one of the first dedicated blog-publishing tools.

After Pyra Labs was purchased by Google in February 2003, originally premium features of Blogger were made free.

The following year, in 2004, Google acquired Picasa and its photo-sharing service, Hello.

It was then incorporated into Blogger to enable users to upload images to their blogs.

In 2004, Blogger underwent a major redesign which included web standards-compliant templates, individual archive pages for posts, comments, and email posting.

This new version, called Invader, was released in beta alongside the gold version in 2006.

Users were then moved to Google servers and by May 2007, Blogger had completely moved over to Google-operated servers.

In 2015, Blogger announced that it would no longer allow its users to post explicit content unless they offered substantial public benefit, such as in artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific contexts.

Just four days later on February 28, 2015, due to severe backlash from long-term bloggers, Blogger reversed its decision and went back to the previous policy that allowed explicit images and videos if the blog was marked as adult.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

BELIEVE AND HAVE TRUST AND FAITH THAT YOU ARE REALLY CAPABLE OF DOING WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 18; SEE THE POSSIBILITIES-

FAITH FINDS THE GOOD-

Faith is seeing that God can turn even the tragic into ways to reach out and touch others, even as he heals the wounds.

All we can do is see the opportunities and blessings that flow from within the good and bad times and share them with others.

So, that perhaps they would find encouragement to move one foot in front of the other also.

Tomorrow, FAITH LETS YOU BEND-

Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 1; WHAT IS STRESS?

STRESS AND IMMUNITY-

The good news is that nature has provided some very efficient ingredients to boost your immune system and give you extra support to help ease your symptoms.

Eucalyptus is a huge and robust tree.

Mostly found in Australia, which can grow up to 300 feet in height.

It has highly aromatic leaves that release a powerful fragrance of essential oil when they are bruised.

The oil is distilled from the leaves in large amounts.

It can then be used to unblock sinuses, ease head congestion and soothe coughs.

The scent is also very effective at lifting your spirits, which are likely to be low when you’re not feeling well.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

PARTICIPATION ⁉️

Until Saturday, Dan and my heroes are the ones who survived doing it wrong, who made mistakes, but recovered from them.
