This morning, my thoughts were to slow down a little bit.

Been doing a lot of little projects and packing for our move; instead of focusing on meditation and walking.


In living a great story, sometimes we need to slow down.


Urgency and haste instantly diminish accuracy, awareness and happiness.


There is a big difference between getting things done and getting things done effectively.

Also, we need to appreciate life’s simple pleasures.


The best things in life truly are free.


From a quiet ocean sunset to sleeping in on a rainy day, life's greatest simple pleasures can only be purchased if your mind is conscious of their arrival.

A DETERMINATION


Forgiveness happens when a mental lightbulb turns on.


They may drive you crazy, but you are the one who carries the baggage everywhere you go.


Forgiving is a choice that gets rid of the baggage.

It turns more survival into victorious living as it cuts you loose from the power of your abusers and your desire to do them wrong.


Failure to forgive locks you into a self-focus that pleads for restitution and revenge.


Negative thoughts snare your mind with a sense of futility, failure, endless fears, and insecurities.
