Hello Followers,

Well, it is time to prepare for the week ahead.

And time to germinate!

I know for Dan and me the non-stop scream of information we receive on social media; mobiles, computers, and TV sometimes overwhelm us.

I learned that it is a good idea to give our mental inbox a break from time to time from all this news.

Sometimes Dan turns off his phone.

He gives himself some time off from the endless technological invasion in his life.

They say the greatest step towards a life of simplicity is to learn to let go.

Planting a seed means to sow a seed to reap/harvest a full-grown plant/tree later.

However, germinate can be used metaphorically where it means to lay the groundwork for something that can develop or expand in the future.

What we sow is what we reap, so you should always sow a little good karma in life.

Just like a garden needs its rain, sunlight, and weeding, your relationships need to be tended by you.

The things you want to change and improve need commitment from you.

You need a certain level of self-awareness to understand your own impact on the world around you.

To realize you have power over how you experience your experiences.

And to see that you hold the seeds of all sorts of healing in your own hands.

The seeds you have planted in the previous seasons are almost ready to emerge.

The time they spent on the ground, waiting was not wasted.

Every single plan and plant need its own time to germinate to weigh the warmth and light until conditions are just right to thrust forth new life.

Your hopes are germinating too, waiting for their own time to thrive.

Everything blooms on its own schedule, and your plans are no exception.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Feel this in this 10-minute guided meditation for spiritual growth.

Discover more deeply who you really are and tap into your own ability to be your own guide on your spiritual growth journey.

You are your own treasure.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Monday, your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds.

The harvest can either be flowers or weeds.
