Few of us have tons of free time. When we believe something is important, we make time for it.

Hello followers,

Well, we made it to Monday the first week of April and to end the week off with Easter.

Did you know that language is the primary tool for expression and communication?

And it plays a big part in our health!

Professions have studied how people use language and what words and phrases they unconsciously choose and combine.

This has helped us better understand ourselves and why we behave the way we do.

Linguistics scholars seek to determine what is unique and universal about the language we use and how it is acquired.

This changes over time!

They consider language as a cultural, social, and psychological phenomenon.

Understanding why and how languages differ talks about the range of what is human,” said Dan Jurafsky, the Jackson Eli Reynolds Professor in Humanities and chair of the Department of Linguistics in the School of Humanities and Sciences at Stanford. “Discovering what’s universal about languages can help us understand the core of our humanity.”

This week we will continue over from last week on how words affect our health.

So, let us start with the word – TIME.

Time is never truly wasted.

The point of life is to learn.

Even if you were stuck in a bad relationship for a long, long time.

It was the exact amount of time needed for the lesson.

If, when we were born, we received a guide to our lives that told us how long it would take to learn lessons about self-worth, plus changing people, and love.

This would make things a lot easier, but it would be like a word-search book with all the words already circled.

There just would not be any point.

Every sunset is a curtain call to a day in the life of those who had the opportunity to live it.

Challenges were met, smiles were exchanged, love was given.

Do the best you can with each day because the show will not go on forever.

Make sure that each and every day you give the performance of a lifetime.

We each see the world through the filter of our pasts.

This is how two sets of eyes can view the exact same thing but see it entirely differently.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

You get to decide the way it will go.

Do not give your power away by waiting for someone else to provide directions.

The power to choose and create lies within you, and when you harness those powers, your life becomes a work of art.

What do you choose today?

What do you want to create?

Take action to move toward the vision of the life you desire.

Be the leader you were born to be and choose to create.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Tuesday, being available for the people who are most important in your life is crucial to happiness. A job can replace you, but to those who love you, you are irreplaceable.

Prioritize your time with this in mind.
