Hello Sunday,

Being strong isn’t just about pumping iron and deadlifts. Inner strength can be just as valuable.

It’s not until we’re faced with adversity that we find out just how tough and resilient we are.

Life is filled with highs and lows—valleys and peaks that will test your resilience, that will push you to overcome challenges—and the lessons you’ll learn on your way to the top will only make you stronger and better.

Life can be really tough. It’s a daily struggle with one daunting challenge after another.

As if this was not already enough, life also has the tendency to give us a really hard time whenever it pleases. It will smack you to the ground and throw dirt at you. In other situations, it will try to push you beyond your limits, just to see if you break down. And just when you thought the worst part was over, life finds a new way to throw curveballs at you.

LOVE AUTUMN 🍁

I would like to share with you the viewers this special day. Happy Birthday to the most lovable and adorable star on this planet; the editor, husband, lover, soulmate and partner - Dan.

Birthdays come only once a year. But a person like you brings life to hundreds every single day! I'm so glad that God sent you into this world.

Even though life is hard we must not give up. We do have to stay strong; there is simply no other option. Whenever life pushes us to the ground, we need to get back up on our feet, shake the dust from our clothes and continue pursuing our dreams and wishes with an iron will and determined perseverance.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR LIFE ❓

Good day Sunday 🌞 Your life is a result of the choice you make 🛤️ If you don't like your life, it's is time to __________. Fill in the blank ❤️ Today go out and make that change. #inspiration#motivation#movingon

We need to stay strong because the moment we simply give up we fail. This is also the reason why so many people are not able to ever accomplish their dreams and desires. It is simply because they give up as soon as they are confronted with challenges and difficult times. Life, however, is not intended to be easy all the time. It has its ups and downs, but ultimately life is designed as a battleground created to make you stronger, day after day. In order to grow and advance in life, we need to prove that we will not break down. You can only become stronger when you do not give in just because you are confronted with difficulties.

You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it. -Unknown

The other day I got up with a quest, for the day before I was listening to a speaker and they were talking about how many cells we have in our body at one time. According to the speaker there are 60 trillion cells. So, I wanted to know! You know me, I had to do some research of my own.

Have you ever wondered how many cells your body is made up of? You are not alone. Scientists are still debating the exact number, which currently remains a conundrum.

The short answer is that the body of an average man contains around 30 to 40 trillion cells. The long answer is that scientists do not yet know the exact number. Plus, it depends on whether or not you include the bacteria’s that are present in and on our bodies.

The majority of the cells in our bodies are actually red blood cells. Although they make up over 80 percent of our body in number, they constitute only around 4 percent of total body mass. This is because red blood cells only measure on average 8 micrometers in diameter, which is 10 times smaller in diameter than an average human hair.

In contrast, the average size of a fat cell is 100 micrometers. Although fat cells make up nearly 19 percent of body mass, they contribute under 0.2 percent to the total cell number.

Continuing today sharing on the blog; INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017 – INTERNATIONAL TREATMENTS. The topic today is cellular nutrition.

Did you know that your cells could be aging you? Science shows cellular health plays a key role in why and how we age. Your health destiny lies in your cells. Levels of the antioxidant glutathione decrease within your cells as you age.

What is cellular nutrition? When you think about health and nutrition, you probably don't think about the importance of cell nutrition. But great cellular nutrition is necessary for great health.

You're only as healthy as your cells. So quality cellular nutrition is absolutely essential.

Healthy, well-nourished cells supply an abundance of natural energy, resistance to stress and degenerative diseases and an overall experience of vitality. But how can you make sure that your cells are working at their full capacity? Scientific studies show that cell nutrition is the key.

Your body is made up of trillions of teeny, tiny cells all clumped together. These cells are the "building blocks" of your physical structure. Everything from the hair on your head right down to the toenails on your toes is made up of cells. This includes your skin, blood, organs and bones.

Each cell is a tiny world where thousands of essential chemical processes are carried out.

And even though cells vary – blood cells are different from nerve cells and muscle cells are different from bone cells – they all have the same basic structure and cellular nutrition needs.

Each cell is surrounded by a special cell membrane that acts as the cell's security gatekeeper.

The cell membrane decides what goes into the cell and what should be kept out. Assimilation is the delicate process where nutrition has to pass through the cell membrane wall into the cell.

The saying, "You are what you eat," should really be "You are what your cells assimilate.

For optimum cellular nutrition assimilation, the cell membrane must be soft, healthy and flexible.

The nutritional requirements are certain specific "good" fats and amino acids. For this you need to get high quality protein and essential fatty acids, which should include omega 3 fish oil.

You also need to avoid trans-fats, which act as enemies of the delicate assimilation process.

To get optimum cellular nutrition, begin by following the healthy food list guidelines. But since research clearly shows you can't get everything you need from the foods you eat; you must include high quality nutritional health supplements to boost cellular nutrition to optimum levels.

The recommended daily allowance of nutrients and the Standard American Diet are not be enough for prevention and protection against chronic degenerative diseases.

Research shows that the Optimum Daily Allowance of nutrients necessary for optimum health is significantly higher than the RDA levels. For example, studies clearly indicate that the optimum daily level of vitamin C is between 1200 and 2000 mg, while the RDA is only 60 mg.

That's a BIG difference!

To get the ODA of C from food, you’d have to eat 18 oranges, with a whopping 1,260 calories. Obviously, good quality nutritional health supplements are necessary for cellular nutrition ODA.

Healthy eating combined with healthy supplements can give you the cellular nutrition you need for great vitality, natural energy and to stop the illness and disease process before they begin.
