SPECIAL EDITION, NEW BEGINNINGS

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB - ROSE AND 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello Followers,

Man, it’s Monday already!

Where did last week go, it ran off so fast.

Change is good because you have the opportunity to embrace new experiences.

Like a new week!

New perspectives are waiting for you at the doorstep.

Opportunities are plentiful.

So, let’s start this new week with opportunities of change.

When you look back on your life, all of the really amazing things are because of a new experience you had.

All of those vacations you took and all of the people you have met have taught you more than you ever learned in school.

These experiences now make up who you are today.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

DRAW RED LINES

At work we’re often pressured into taking on more.

The profit motive, in particular puts a squeeze on workers.

Don’t try to please your boss by showing you can be superhuman.

Define your boundaries.

For example; you might resolve to always have a proper lunch break and never stay at work after a certain time.

Stick to your guns!

Let any displeasure sweep through you and away, its better than damaging your health or your relationship.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

Though difficult people come in every shape and size and in either gender, they all fight with similar tactics.

Because regardless of the maneuvers, the goal is the same, control that wins.

Here are some of the tactics that screwed-up people use:

They fight to win, regardless of what it takes, using weapons of emotional destruction.

Such as guilt, anger, denial, withdrawal, pain, rejection and criticism.

They focus on what they know are your buttons and triggers and will harp on your inadequacies.

Typically, they refuse to hear what you have to say.

If attacks on your character don’t achieve the desired outcomes, they will aim their attack at others for whom you are.

Continue tomorrow

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; ROSE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how rose can help keep your body healthy?

READY FOR ROSE HIP AND APPLE MUESLI recipe?

Muesli is an oat-based breakfast that often includes nuts and dried fruit.

Soaking the mixture overnight makes the oats and nuts more easily digestible and allows the rose hips to rehydrate.

With a little prep the night before, you can have a quick and delicious breakfast in the morning.

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups oats

1/3 cup dried rose hip with seeds removed

½ cup chopped raw almonds

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

2/3 cup whole milk (almond, coconut, oat)

½ cup of plain yogurt

½ cup apple juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons honey or to taste

1 cup diced apple (about 1 medium apple)

Instructions:

1. Mix the oats, rose hips, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl with a lid.

2. Stir in the milk, yogurt, juice, vanilla extract, and honey.

3. Leave in the fridge overnight to soak.

4. In the morning, add the apple.

5. Serve with additional milk if desired.

6. It is fine to eat as is, but if you prefer warm breakfasts; feel free to heat this up.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

DO NOT DWELL IN THE PAST; DO NOT DREAM OF THE FUTURE, CONCENTRATE THE MIND ON THE PRESENT MOMENT.

REQUIRES A PLAN

I discovered that a fresh start is a process. A fresh start is a journey, a journey that requires a plan. #discovered#fresh#start#process#journey#requires#plan#newbeginnings#newyear#inspirational#motivational

Until Tuesday, there is always an opportunity to start again and again,

if the old ways were not working last year,

look for better ways of doing it in the new year and start again afresh.
