Hello Followers,

WELCOME TO THURSDAY!

If you will change your thinking, God can change your life.

You were born to win, you were born for greatness, you are created to be a champion in life.

Prayers often involve practicing gratitude and compassion.

This may help people let go of any ill or negative feelings they may be harboring, helping them feel lighter and boosting overall health.

Some forms of prayer and spiritual practices, such as meditation, promote awareness of the present.

This could help people control their thoughts and emotions, ground them in the current moment, create a connection between the mind, spirit, and body, and offer peace or mindfulness.

According to a recent study, engaging in a daily 10-minute centering prayer significantly reduced stress levels among college students.

Get learning

Most of us would love to learn something new, whether it is a language, a sport or how to fly a plane, and there are plenty of benefits to be had from the process, besides enjoying your new-found ability.

Learning boosts your brain power, self-esteem, and mental health as well as your prospects and you will get the social benefits of studying with others too.

Search around for a good teacher, group, or app to kick-start your project and do not forget that you can find some great free resources at your library or online.

It is fun to record your progress in your journal, but remember to focus on enjoying your day-to-day achievements, it is not all about the end goal.

If you are not sure which new skill to pick, why not give a few a try and see what suits you: there is so much to learn out there, you are sure to find something you will love and excel at.

WHAT WE LEARN WITH PLEASURE WE NEVER FORGET.

Alfred Mercer

It is a celebration of God's goodness and faithfulness in every area of life.

Whether you are going through a difficult season or experiencing abundant joy, gratitude changes everything.

It shifts our perspective, lifts our spirits, and opens our hearts to receive even more blessings

Until Friday, get up each day and except and declare it.

Do not sit back passively.

You do your part, and God will do His part.
