Hello followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND!
As we end the week continuing the pattern of words, Dan and I would like to share some inspirational words that we have seen throughout social media these past weeks.
As you know from our posts this year, Dan and I have been focusing on words and how they affect our health.
Thoughts bring words and words bring actions.
Through these words that are out in the universe, which are positive or negative create the moods that we react to.
Do not let your pots shine brighter than you!
Do not take cleaning or work so seriously.
Think that the layer of powder will protect the wood beneath it.
A house only becomes a home when you can write I love you on the furniture.
In the old days, I spent at least 8 hours a week keeping everything nice and clean, just in case someone showed up to visit, but then I discovered that no one happens to stop by.
Everyone is very busy walking around, having fun and enjoying themselves.
And now, if someone suddenly shows up, I do not have to explain the situation at my house to anyone.
People are not interested in knowing what I have been doing all day while they were walking around, having fun, and enjoying life.
In case you have not realized it yet: life is short, enjoy it.
Dust if you need to.
But would it not be better to paint a picture or write a letter, take a walk, or visit a friend, bake a cake, and lick the dirty spoon of dough, plant, and water some seeds?
Weigh the difference between wanting and needing very well.
Dust if you need to, but you would not have much free time.
To swim on the beach or in the pool, climb mountains, play with dogs, listen to music, and read books, make friends, and enjoy life.
Dust if you need to, but life is still out there, with the sun shining in your eyes, the wind blowing your hair, a snowflake, raindrops falling softly.
Think well, this day will never come again.
Dust if you need to, but do not forget that you are going to get older, and many things will no longer be as easy to do as they are now.
And when you are gone, as we all will be gone one day, you too will turn to dust.
No one will remember how many bills you paid, or how clean your house was, but they will remember your friendship, your joy, and what you taught.
After all, it is not what you have accumulated, but what you have shared, that reflects how you have lived your life.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- IMAGINE
Â
Imagination is our ability to create new ideas, to reshape our reality and go to places we have never been before.
Every time you stop for a quick daydream, you use your imagination.
How would your life change if this or that happened?
Maybe you have not realized this yet, but if you think long enough about something you wish to happen, you are one step closer to making it become reality.
Of course, we are not talking about magic here, merely thinking about something that would not make it pop up in your face.
But when you wish for something long enough, your brain will start guiding you towards your goal by giving you new ideas on how to make it real.
Once you have those ideas, you just must act.
Imagination allows us to build and experience a whole new world.
Hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality.

BEAUTY IS WAITING
Picture a field sown with every type of grass and flower you can imagine.
Let it stretch to the horizon, an endless wildflower prairie in the gentle sun.
Imagine what it would be like to lie with the grass at your back and all around you like a mattress of the freshest green.
This field is just part of a whole landscape of beauty, waiting to embrace you.
The world can do this too, find the people and places that make you feel held in beauty.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
Through gentle guidance and vivid imagery, this 10-minute guided meditation invites you to visualize yourself floating down a serene river, symbolizing the flow of your life's experiences, memories, and emotions.
By immersing yourself in this guided visualization, you can gain clarity, insight, and perspective on your life's path, reconnecting with your inner wisdom and intuition along the way.
Whether you are seeking clarity on a specific issue, looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, or simply craving a moment of relaxation and reflection, this meditation offers a soothing and empowering space to embark on a profound inner journey of self-discovery and growth.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Sunday, love what you do and do what you love.
Do not listen to anyone else who tells you not to do it.
You do what you want, what you love.
Imagination should be the center of your life.
