Today is Wednesday!

Everyone wants their Wednesday to be a happy one.


Wednesdays are that day in the middle of the working week that we need to struggle to love.


Having made it through Monday and Tuesday, you might be needing a little extra motivation to get through the today.


The rules for a happy Wednesday are the same rules for a happy life.


We need to work diligently, stay true to our values and goals, and respect others, and treat them kindly.

Dan and I are not thinking about today as Wednesday, but it’s getting closer to Christmas, the countdown is 17 days.

Remember the list, Dan and I started blogging about Monday?


The key to moderation is awareness, when we start becoming aware of one thing, our senses will open up to something new for moderation every day.

Here’s another awareness of moderation; repurpose things.


Thanks to Dan, my workspace has been set up really quickly.


As a blogger, the light to see what I’m typing is very important; I paused when I was about to click to buy another light fixture.


But I suddenly I thought of rearranging the living room, so I put the couch in the direction where the light is shining on the workspace and repurposed it.


When I am typing away, now I can see better.

As Dan and I prepare for the holidays, I will end on the series of HOW SAFE IS MEXICO and shorten the blog post a little for the coming year.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

It’s amazing what and how hawthorn can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know that hawthorn can be used to treat heart failure?


Hawthorn berry is best known for its use alongside traditional medications in the treatment of heart failure

A review of 14 randomized studies in more than 850 people concluded that those who took hawthorn extract along with their heart failure medications experienced improved heart function and exercise tolerance.


They also experienced less shortness of breath and fatigue.


What’s more, a 2-year observational study in 952 people with heart failure found that those supplementing with hawthorn berry extract had less fatigue, shortness of breath, and heart palpitations than people who did not supplement with it.

The group taking hawthorn berry also required fewer medications to manage their heart failure.


Finally, another large study in over 2,600 people with heart failure suggested that supplementing with hawthorn berry may reduce the risk of sudden heart-related death.


People with heart failure are often encouraged to take hawthorn berry in addition to their current medications, as the supplement is considered safe with few side effects.
