Mystery creates wonder and wonder is the basis of one’s desire to understand.

CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON A NEW SERIES, DESIRE WITHIN AND FINISHING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello followers,

Countdown to some cooler weather, Autumn arrives in 15 days.

As we get closer to the week-end, a thought comes to my mind; what is the bottom line, our desires?

What’s the point of living?

The answer is that there is no one answer for everyone.

The idea is that you combine your external and internal reality, accept the unknown, and tap into your life’s purpose.

Your personality, skills, goals, and desires are what will ultimately act as the compass to help you find that.

When you discover your purpose and find the answer to help you live the rest of your life, you’ll add a meaningful contribution to the world that will echo into reality long after you’re gone.

When we combine each echo left by each person, the great song of life emerges to form every bit of beauty we see around us.

Use the information that has been posted this past week to begin forming your echo today.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

WHEN ONE DOOR OF HAPPINESS CLOSES, ANOTHER OPENS; BUT OFTEN WE LOOK SO LONG AT THE CLOSED DOOR THAT WE DO NOT SEE THE ONE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED FOR US.

Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY

LOOKING AFTER YOUR EYES-

VISION OF NATURE-

One of the reasons we love vacation brochures is the gorgeous photograph of sun-drenched scenes of nature.

Being on vacation is associated with contact with nature, and the best hotel rooms have some kind of natural view.

We are even prepared to pay extra for it.

We anticipate the place we are going to with such excitement, probably because it represents such a contrast to what we normally see.

This shows how much we value what our eyes perceive and also how important it is to be in natural surroundings, because they are beautiful.

Continue tomorrow-

SEPTEMBER – 8th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about September that’s so significant during this month?

Are You Okay Day – September 8, 2022

Are You Okay Day is an annual observation in Australia, celebrated on the second Thursday of every September.

Even though this is an Australian holiday, Dan and I choose this for we hope all is okay.

We take each other for granted, so this day has so much meaning.

Take the time to ask your love ones today if they are OKAY!

On this day, Australians check up on each other, especially those who are going through a tough time.

Since we keep too busy all year round, it is great that days like Are You Okay Day are observed to make us and those around us seen, heard, and understood.

The day also addresses the crisis of social isolation and community cohesiveness.

With a focus on the prevention of suicides and counseling, Are You Okay Day saves lives.

In 1995, Barry Larkin’s suicide left his family and friends in deep grief and with unanswered questions.

In 2009, his son Gavin Larkin chose to do something about his father’s suicide.

He came up with just one question to honor his father and prevent more suicides; Are you okay?

Gavin and a few of his friends decided to turn this into a national campaign.

From this realization and with their expertise and passion, R U OK? was born.

Gavin died of cancer in 2011 but truly held on to the belief that a conversation could change a life.

His legacy is now a national conversation movement.

R U, OK? is a harm and suicide prevention charity that encourages people to have conversations that can help others and themselves navigate the difficult times in their lives.

In 2011, a documentary was made on the extraordinary story behind R U, OK?

R U OK? focuses on building the motivation, confidence and skills of the help-giver, especially in quickly recognizing suicidal ideas.

The organization contributes to suicide prevention efforts by encouraging people to invest more time in their relationships and build an informal support network; friends, family, and colleagues.

It is more about developing one’s skills as a helper than it is asking for help when you need it.

Are You Okay Day also tries to remove the stigma of mental illnesses.

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to the findings that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the different ways through body, heart and soul.

It’s all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It’s important to know how it works!

Here is a subject that has it’s pro and con and that is; Immunization.

The intention of medical vaccinations is to artificially induce the body's immune system into producing antibodies to microbes of various diseases so that if at some later time the microbe or virus is encountered in reality.

The immune system will be forearmed.

The method is to make a vaccine from a deactivated form of the microbe which, when injected; is harmless to the body but capable of producing the desired reaction to achieve immunity.

The theory of immunization is based on the germ theory of disease and like the germ theory it has caused a great deal of confusion because it is full of inconsistencies.

This is failing more often than when it appears to work.

Too often adverse reactions occur after vaccinations and the record shows that over the years more suffering and deaths have eventuated from immunization than would have occurred without it.

Continue tomorrow on, Immunization.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
