NOTHING IN LIFE IS TO BE FEARED. IT IS ONLY TO BE UNDERSTOOD

Hello THURSDAY,

Wow, this week is going fast. How about you, I feel the end of the week coming? Everyone is different, with varying values and outlook on life. We don’t need to agree, but we can keep discord at bay by simply trying to understand another person’s point of view.

As I look across my Facebook feed, understanding is something I feel is lacking into today’s world. Great thinkers and philosophers have been trying to understand themselves, their relationships, life and the reasons “why” everything else exists since the dawn of time. The first cave paintings were expressions of, “why am I here” and “what does it all mean”.

The great thinkers of the day knew about understanding yourself and the newest expression of that ancient need. The need to understand yourself and your place in the universe.

There is a big danger in judging things we don’t really understand by how they appear. Unless you are really “in the loop,” be wary of things that you see or things others tell you.

Remember the old adage “Believe half of what you say, a third of what you see, and none of what you hear.”

There’s a lot of truth in that. Don’t let yourself be spun for a loop over rumors and speculation. Steer clear of the gossip. Don’t believe everything you hear on the news – in particular, speculation and forecasting. A lot of times, those people are only guessing about what’s going to happen and they can cause you a lot of worry that doesn’t do you any good. They are often wrong, something they won’t usually point out in the news at a later date. In some cases, the news can even take on a “gossipy” sound to it, and whenever you get that vibe, be very wary or tune it out.

Practice being slow to form an opinion of someone or something. If something grabs your attention, research it thoroughly before making any conclusions.

“Seek first to understand, then to be understood.”

We can fall into the trap of so earnestly wanting to get our point across, we forget to listen to the person we are speaking to. And even when we listen, how often do we really seek to understand? If you find you have issues understanding those around you, slow down and try to truly understand: where they are coming from, what they are going through, what is their motivation for doing something, what they need or want from you.

The answers to these questions vary greatly depending on who you are having communication trouble with. Be objective as you listen, as if you were a detective trying to solve the case, and don’t take anything personally. Once you feel like you understand the other person, then you can “seek to be understood.”

Again, today’s blog is all about the 5G. I’m continuing writing on the millimeter waves and how it can affect us.

Dr. Zalyubovskaya -A research study published in 1977 by a Russian scientist N.P. Zalyubovskaya in a Russian-language journal titled Vracheboyne Delo says,“Morphological, functional, and biochemical studies conducted in humans and animals revealed that millimeter waves caused changes in the body manifested in the structural alterations in the skin and internal organs, qualitative and quantitative changes of the blood and bone marrow composition and changes of the conditioned reflex activity, tissue respiration, activity of enzymes participating in the process of tissue respiration and nucleic metabolism.

The degree of unfavorable effect of millimeter waves depended on the duration of the radiation and individual characteristics of the organism.”

In short, Dr. Zalyubovskaya found several biological effects from exposure to millimeter waves, in the skin, organs, blood, bone marrow and other physiological processes. Significantly, Dr. Zalyubovskaya was also able to conclude that the effects worsened in a dose-response relationship. Meaning, the more you’re exposed to the waves, the worse the effects are.

The study was classified until 2012. The Central Intelligence Agency declassified the paper to the public in 2012.

All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them. Galileo Galilei

Dr. Carpenter- David O Carpenter (University at Albany, State University of New York) says, “The potential effects of Radio Frequency Radiations (Radio Waves) on human health are major.”

His paper “Are There Health Hazards Coming from the Rollout of 5G?” suggests that radiofrequency can cause cancer in animals. He says the following: Two recent studies have proven that RF radiation causes cancer in animals.

The US National Toxicology Program has just released a study where rats and mice were exposed to RF radiation like that coming from a mobile phone. Male rats developed the same two cancers seen in humans who use a mobile phone extensively.

The Ramizzini Institute in Italy did a similar study but with 15-time lower exposure to mimic that experienced by living near to a mobile phone tower. They also found cancer in rats.

The question is having millimeter waves being a weapon to our bodies? It’s not just scientists that have recognized the harm that can result from exposure to millimeter waves. So has the military.

LOOK BEYOND🌏

Good morning 🌅 Thursday 🌞 you must look within for value but must look Beyond for perspective 🌤️ have a great day.

To understand the heart and mind of a person, look not at what he has already achieved, but at what he aspires to. Kahlil Gibran

As far back as the 1980s, scientists began testing whether “millimeter wave energy could create a repel effect that might serve as a non-lethal weapon.” This led to the creation of the Active Denial System (ADS).

According to the US Department of Defense, the ADS “generates a focused and very directional millimeter-wave radio frequency beam” that penetrates the skin’s surface and causes an intense stinging or burning. It is used for purposes like crowd control because “within seconds, an individual feels an intense heating sensation that stops when the transmitter is shut off or when the individual moves out of the beam.”

Mobile networks operate in a different way to ADS weapons. ADS beams are strong and directional, and cause serious injury if exposure is too high or too long.

But the existence of such weaponry demonstrates that this type of radiation can indeed have strong, disabling bio effects on human health. Which prompts the question: what happens when we’re exposed to many, constant, low-level beams long term? This is something we all need to think about.
