One can see only what’s in the mirror, regardless of whether it’s present in reality or not.

Hello followers,

Happy Memorial Day! Be safe and enjoy today and look outside the mirror at all the nature; the breeze, the trees, the ground we walk on, the birds chirping, the wild life (animals). Because other people are your mirror. Dan and I are exploring North Carolina’s finest.

Yesterday our friends, Kevin and Jody took us to Ocoee River where the 1996 Olympic rafting competition began. The Ocoee River near Ducktown Tennessee was the event for the whitewater canoe and kayak slalom event of the 1996 Olympic.

They reflect the parts of you, you're unwilling to see and you can use this to help your inner growth. Other people are your mirror, and they reflect your unconscious and subconscious mind, your patterns, fears, or the dreams you haven’t activated yet. Everyone in your life reflects some aspects of you. Be it an irritated neighbor, loving spouse, or an envious friend. This doesn’t mean that other people shouldn’t take responsibility for themselves or blame something on one another.

One can see only what’s in the mirror, regardless of whether it’s present in reality or not. #one #mirror #regardless #whether #present #reality #not #inspirational #motivational

The fact that other people are your mirror is a simple indicator of where you’re on your journey and what else you can create beyond what you had been taught you should want in life.

Other people reflect the parts of you that you aren’t willing to see.

Law five – the law of mirrors. One can see only what’s in the mirror, regardless of whether it’s present in reality or not. When people insult you, don’t take offence, don’t take it personally, but do listen to their words. They’re telling you how they see the world, and they’re telling you the exact negative qualities they possess.

Release the need to defend yourself or try to explain that you’re not whatever nasty insult they’ve thrown at you. Instead evaluate these insults and realize that this is who these people are. Then decide if someone with those qualities is someone you’d like in your life or not.

If they can see it in you and label it but you can’t see it, it’s not in you.

If you can see it in them and label it but they can’t see it, it’s not in them.

If you both can see it and label it, it’s in both of you – good or bad.

Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer.

By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress). So, by now you know this is always in our routine for healing and keeping our body cells happy.

Thinking back, Dan and I were taught everybody is unique an should be treated individually.

Through blood work and scans, I was given a plan of treatments. Per Dr. Perez and Dr. Garcia, that was the start; the rest was up to me. For you see, keeping healthy is a lifestyle and that would be up to me. I remember this one moment, a conversation with Dr. Perez; I asked him if I would be around in five years. He, replied it was up to me and how I live my life. Through their love and passion, I’m sharing through this blog our process of keeping healthy – it’s like a journal of our personal journey keeping healthy. Leading to why I ask you, did you do your walking?

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!! Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!

Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on . Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.

We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!

Challenge yourself to do three things in person that you’d ordinarily do online. Perhaps it’s a food shop, buying clothes or booking a cinema ticket. By connecting with another human being and creating a personal transaction, everyday tasks can become uplifting. Plus, it gets you out of the house.

As I continue to be re-reading my book that I wrote four years ago; it’s a personal journey of my everyday experience with treatments that I received in Mexico. In relations to the current series of QUOTES ABOUT LIVING, ANA, FULL OF SPIRIT

Ana, full of spirit, with a face that glows bright.

A light showing the way when darkness came.

The one that gave the inspiration, and united we are going to conquer the world.

The energy continues glowing from heaven.

Ana, guide the doctors and me to spread the knowledge that made you so overwhelmed with love and enthusiasm.

I honor today with the heart of passion

And will keep the fire burning

In Ana's name.

Shining like a star and providing strength

Ana, full of spirit.

She is the angel whose inspiration sparked a fire within to carry a message to a world where the relentless and ruthless disease of cancer continues to claim victims, leaving behind broken loved ones, unrealized Dreams, and robbing people’s life savings. Ana, I know the guidance is from heaven. I lean on the memory of your strength. This commitment to this cause completes the important work, and you are not to be forgotten.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. Today I’m going to continuing blogging on the herb – NUTMEG.

Nutmeg has been used for centuries as an herbal treatment for a variety of stomach concerns. Some of the medicinal property’s nutmegs have to offer is as a digestion aid. Nutmeg is also effective in treating stomach ulcers and also preventing their development. Many people add nutmeg to their food for its rich flavor, but few know that it also helps their meals to digest more efficiently.

In Asia, many people use nutmeg as a garnish or as an after-meal treat to help meals digest and to reduce the instances of intestinal distress. Nutmeg is also helpful in treating gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. It promotes the secretion of specific digestive enzymes that help to restore the balance of healthy bacteria in your gut, which in turn will provide digestive relief.

Nutmeg also is rich in fiber which can keep you regular or ease stubborn, hard bowel movements.

Until Tuesday, as we all look in the mirror today; remember this - one can see only what’s in the mirror, regardless of whether it’s present in reality or not. SUPPORT YOUR CHANGE!
