Remember to celebrate milestones as you prepare for the road ahead.
Where has the time gone?
This year is just flying by!
But today you have a full day ahead of you.
How will you add to the story of your life this Monday?
I know for Dan and me at times, life feels like it goes on and on forever.
At other times, life feels like it passes by in the blink of an eye.
Whether your days and years seem to drag on or race past, there are always markers along the way.
These are MILESTONES!
They allow us the ability to reflect on momentous events in life.
And understanding life’s milestones can even help you live life to the fullest.
Every person’s life is different and unique.
But our lives are similar in many ways, too.
We experience many of the same key milestones throughout our childhood, teen years, young adulthood, and beyond.
This week our grandson is graduating from pre-school and soon to start kindergarten.
Congratulations to you Jonah!
And these past few weeks Dan and I have been sharing some of our milestones, our journey through the past twelve years.
Our managing cancer while enjoying life through living in Mexico for seven years to living in Virginia now three years.
Sharing not just the beauty, but the history, leaving off on Salem, Va.
Last night I had a vision, it came to me that pictures tell a thousand words.
So, instead of boring you all with a timeline on the history of Salem; here is a video.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
LIFE IS TRULY AMAZING!
Just think about all you have gone through to get where you are right now.
You have reached many milestones and made several decisions to get here.
You have accomplished so many things and have made an impact on various lives.
Even the things that felt like mistakes brought you to this moment, which is exactly where you are meant to be.
You have a full day ahead of you.
How will you add to the story of your life?
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
Until Tuesday, Life isn’t a matter of milestones, but of moments.
