Hello Followers,
Thank goodness for Friday!

Things are not always as they appear on the surface.
Water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing, in the end, can stand against it.
Water is patient.
Dripping water wears away a stone.
It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of ginger and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.
Ginger is thought to promote healing and protect against negative energy.

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
Ginger may prevent the occurrence of ulcers, which are generally characterized by bleeding and acute gastric irritability.
It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can help to reduce inflammation and kill the bacteria that cause ulcers.
According to a study published in 2016 in the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Pharmacology and Therapeutics, it is very effective in inhibiting the growth of H. pylori bacteria, which is ulcerogenic, thus keeping your stomach healthy.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT
DID YOU KNOW!
This goes out to my sisters!
Here is why having a sister can be a hidden key to your success: studies suggest that siblings, especially sisters, help shape emotional intelligence, resilience, and social skills.
A loving sister often encourages open communication, teaches empathy, and provides a safe space to share struggles.
This emotional support builds stronger mental health, confidence, and problem-solving abilities, qualities deeply tied to personal and professional success.
Beyond blood relation, the bond with a sister becomes a lifelong anchor, reminding you that you are never alone on your journey.
Dan and I welcome you to join us with the next book for our book club.
LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington
PUT YOUR ROOTS DOWN IN CALM WATERS
Some plants can grow in seawater.
Seagrasses live among sand and mud where they can put down roots.
They need lots of sunlight to grow and so are only found in shallow, clear water that tends to stay undisturbed by storms.
Vast underwater meadows of seagrasses called Posidonia grow around the Mediterranean, making a habitat for seahorses, flatfish such as stingray, and anemones.
When their leaves do break off, the rolling motion of the sea turns them into soft balls that wash up on beaches, often forming piles of material that provide nutrients of plants to grow on land.
One conscious breath in and out is meditation.
Until Saturday, ginger is associated with the element of fire,
which can represent passion, strength, and determination.
