Even if you’re on friendly terms with your boss, keep your language professional in working hours.
Avoid misplaced, mirroring unconsciously adopting the communication style of people you’re with.
Just be the best version of yourself.
Remember, swearing radiates negative energy.
On gender and minority issues, it’s easy to be misunderstood; so, err on the safe side.

MIND GAMES; TACTICS
TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM
Confrontation may be the new tactic you need to use.
Confrontation isn’t threatening if you follow simple ground rules.
You lay out the problem, you state what you will no longer do or accept if you are to continue the relationship.
It is not negotiable!
Confrontation is not argumentative or reactive.
It is proactive.
Using confrontation, you:
· Face the problem –
· Consider the options –
· Recognize the pluses and minutes of each option –
· Choose a course of action –
· Don’t argue the decision –

HOW ABOUT A TEA BREAK WITH OOLONG?
You could take all the herbs and spices in the world for your health, but if you never take a moment to yourself; your efforts will be in vain.
This recipe isn’t just about the tea; it’s also about taking time to rest and to be with yourself.
While drinking any tea can be a great way to relax and pause within your day.
Oolong tea leaves
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Let the water sit for a minute or two.
3. Place loose leaf oolong tea into a small cup.
4. Use enough tea to loosely cover the bottom of the cup.
5. Pour the hot water over the tea to fill the cup.
6. Let steep. Eventually the leaves will sink to the bottom of the cup.
7. Put away your to-do list and worries of the day. Find a quiet spot and enjoy your oolong tea.
