The very basic of a person’s living spirit is their passion for adventure.

Hello followers,

HAPPY SUNDAY!

Day to relax or adventure out in nature.

Time to stop dreaming and live your passion.

Once you have gotten clear about what your passions are, the next step is sharing them!

Simple, share a passion with someone in your life that may not know about it.

If you are up for a challenge, try telling someone you may not even know well at all!

Tell a friend you love them for the first time, share your stories, even a secret that you have always wanted to get out.

Find your voice and know that what you have to say is important.

Sharing your passions out loud will make them more real.

With a daily dose of sharing passion, you can start to cure many day-to-day stresses!

Accessing your passions can be hugely beneficial to your overall happiness as well as the happiness of others.

Passion ripples outward.

Just talking about your passions could inspire others to do the same.

RECAPPING THE WEEK-

Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

Skills are cheap. Passion is priceless.

A true passion that burns within your soul is one that can never be put out.

Dreams and passion are more powerful than facts and reality.

Only passions, great passions, can elevate the soul to great things.

You cannot fake passion.

People with great passion can make the impossible happen.

Dan and I posted some ways which we are practicing mindfulness, eating clean, moving your body, getting out into nature, laughing, detoxing from technology, practicing acts of kindness, and listening to relaxing music, connect with a friend, sleep in, read a good book, do self-reflection exercises, decluttering, drink more water, try essential oils, take a break from the kids, indulge, slow down.

Nourishing your soul does not mean to force yourself into spiritual enlightenment.

It is a slow, gradual process that can bring us a greater satisfaction in our lives.

And there is no one right way to nourish the soul.

But practicing mindfulness it can help us connect, find appreciation, relieve stress, and find a deeper level of peace in our lives.

Once you start, it will be worth it, and you will keep coming back for more.

What is your favorite way to nourish your soul?

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 3; INTUITION/SIX SENSE

SENSORY CREATIVITY / CREATIVE TOUCH

When you place your hands on another person and leave them there for a few minutes, you may begin to feel changes; warmth, heat.

Perhaps a sensation of energy moving.

The person receiving can focus on your hands and allow themselves to sink into a very deep state of relaxation where all the tension simply flaws away.

This type of simple touch works for children, adults, or the elderly, for anyone who is open to receiving it.

It requires no special tools, just respect from the giver and trust from the receiver.

Animals respond particularly well to it.

Cats, for example, are supremely sensitive along their spines and will stretch out and purr at this touch.

Continue tomorrow-

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

February 19th

SNOW DAYS OR COLD DAYS ARE THE PERFECT time to do nothing for the sake of nothingness.

There is an art to doing nothing, especially with all the distractions available.

It is normal to want to distract ourselves with something when nothing is exactly what we need.

When you are feeling overwhelmed, tired, or overstimulated, do nothing.

Sit with your thoughts.

When the weather keeps you from going anywhere, permit boredom to set in.

In the space, clarity can surface.

In this space, your mind and spirit can reset.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Monday, finding your passion is not just about careers and money.

It is about finding your authentic self.

The one you have buried beneath other people’s needs.
