There is strange comfort in knowing that no matter what happens today, the Sun will rise again tomorrow.

SPECIAL EDITION, NEW BEGINNINGS

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ROSE AND TEA. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello Followers,

The week-end is right around the corner!

And for Dan and I, we have started good habits as we embrace a fresh new outlook.

But, why would one fear to embrace new beginnings?

Well, Rough times are a part of our life.

They do come and stay long to teach us lessons.

Sadly, the struggle it brings along is pretty exhausting and we just cannot wait for the day to start a new life.

You don't realize how much has changed in your life until you find the time to reflect on it.

A new beginning doesn't have to be big.

It doesn't have to always be grand or ending some important phase in your life.

Sometimes new beginnings come from the people you meet and the experiences you go through in your normal day.

It’s about how you plan and set target accordingly for new beginnings.

A new start is always energizing, motivating and encouraging.

It is pretty understandable that we go a bit blank while planning how to start a new beginning.

This is because we are still unclear on what exactly we have to do and where exactly to start from.

Naturally, new beginnings mean to take a fresh start of your life and to give a second change to yourself.

MORE

This chance is to solve all the bad and begin with more positivity.

It is human nature that we make the same mistakes again and again.

One of the biggest mistakes that we commonly make is lingering on with our past.

So, try forgetting the bitter past.

If you try to take new steps with the baggage of past bitterness attached with one leg, then there are fewer chances to grow the way you want.

You need to make sure that a new beginning should, better be brand new.

No strings of demotivation should be attached.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

CULTIVATE RELAXED CONFIDENCE

A relaxed confidence style is shown by those who think in the round and are prepared to learn.

It stems from well-being.

Knowing in detail how your own activity fits in with the total picture is helpful.

Insecurity can undermine confidence-particularly fear of job loss or demotion.

But if you have a clear view of your own-value, such anxieties will affect you less.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

RECOGNIZING OUR OWN POWER

The greatest hope for change in a difficult relationship begins when someone changes tact.

Don’t spend your life running on the same old track, bowing, scraping, begging, trying to earn, and eventually surrendering all you have to win something that should have been a gift; acceptance and appreciation.

You may be doing the same thing!

It may help you to know you lose less when you aren’t afraid of losing.

You lose who you are when you shy away from the issues, because what you avoid controls you.

Power in mind games comes from facing the issues squarely, being straightforward and not arguing.

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?

If you were to award one herb as having the most influence on humans, it goes out undoubtedly to the humble tea plant.

This shrub has shaped entire cultures, and inspired wars and its leaves continue to make the most commonly drunk beverage in the world today.

The United States is the second-largest importer of tea, and more than half the U.S. population drinks it daily.

For thousands of years, people have loved tea because it tastes good and has stimulating properties similar to those of coffee.

Today, more and more people are choosing to drink tea because of its highly popularized health benefits.

Tea also offers us a benefit that doesn’t commonly make the headlines.

Drinking tea can give us precious moments of relaxation and connection, which in our perpetually stressed-out culture can be the most important medicine of all.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

SOMETIMES YOUR JOY IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR SMILE, BUT SOMETIMES YOUR SMILE CAN BE THE SOURCE OF YOUR JOY.

THE SUN WILL RISE

There is strange comfort in knowing that no matter what happens today, the Sun will rise again tomorrow. #strange#comfort#knowing#matter#happens#today#sun#rise#again#tomorrow

Until Saturday, it’s never too late to begin for one who is on the path of making the most of the moment.

Where you are is good enough place to begin.
