Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
SPECIAL EDITION, NEW BEGINNINGS
STARTING THE NEW YEAR OFF ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ROSE AND 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.
Today as I got up to start my day, the first thing that popped in my head was; it’s a brand-new day.
Make a fresh start today!
“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.” ~ Seneca
Life is precious and we need to make the best of it.
No matter what happens, there’s always a time and reason to make a new beginning.
For Dan and I, every day is a new beginning.
However, it’s okay if sometimes we try to find occasions to make the new beginning and start a new life.
Most people prefer the New Year period to start afresh or make transformations.
There’s nothing wrong with that provided you follow it up and stay motivated to achieve your goals.
You may be forced to start a new life after a breakup, divorce, or a failure.
You may want to start afresh to change your life with the aim to have more success in life.
Initially, it may seem to be a daunting and difficult task.
But starting a new life can be exciting and interesting if you’re determined.
You only stand to gain and will eventually make your life better.
101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Continuing from last year!
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL
Here are some ideas of Eastern thinking, explore them in your reading:
The Buddhist notion of appropriate consequences originally related to rebirth, but its adaptation in the West as ‘What goes around comes around’ within a single lifetime has created a useful moral compass.
This is ultimate enlightenment-freedom from the cycle of rebirth.
Anyone who meditates as a therapeutic exercise can’t expect to come near such profound bliss, that would be to misconstrue meditation’s purpose.
Often the term is used simply as a metaphor for pure joy.
This experience takes place when you’re wholly present in the moment, without distraction.
Only through awareness can real truths be appreciated.
The phrase ‘Be here now’, used by yogic practitioner Ram Dass as the title of a popular book, expresses the idea well.
In Chinese thought the Tao is the ‘path’ or ‘way’, a mystic natural order infusing the cosmos.
The TAO TE CHING, the ancient sacred text of Taoism, emphasizes paradoxical truths; like the idea that weakness, exemplified by the flexibility of the bamboo, is the best way to be strong.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE
LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!
So how do you fight with unfair people?
How do you resolve differences when unfairness makes you want to close down your bridges and huddle in a fortified bunker?
How do you keep from responding in kind, relegating fairness to the trash heap?
The best advice for fighting with a screwed-up person is simple.
You cannot be logical with an illogical person.
The only way to win is to never, under any circumstances; get pulled into an argument.
If you fight, you lose!
Questioning choices questions integrity.
Suggesting different ideas implies lack of intelligence.
Seeking negotiation disputes power.
Wanting compromise conveys weakness.
Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Continuing on the herb; ROSE and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how rose can help keep your body healthy?
The tea made from rose petals can enhance the secretion of bile in the liver and help in cleaning the gall bladder.
Also, it can also reduce the symptoms of bronchial infections and sore throats.
As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
MINDFULNESS IS LIVING IN THE MOMENT WITHOUT JUDGING IT.
