CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON A NEW SERIES, CHANGE? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY. ALSO, CANCER: CIVILIZATION’S -NO. 2 KILLER?????

Hello followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

As you are reading this, Dan and I are up, up, and away.

On our way to Arizona.

So, it is a perfect time to start exploring, change creates new opportunities.

When life changes, especially due to major life events like loss of a loved one, breakups or career upheavals, it can cause you to see finality in the change.

You may think of it as the end of you.

In fact, it is just the end of a chapter in your life.

Whenever one thing ends, there is an opportunity for another to begin if you are willing to see new possibilities.

You can choose to turn the page and start a new chapter from a place of curiosity and wonder.

As you turn pages in your book when life changes, opportunities will be waiting for you.

Just when you thought you were stuck in a rut, someone stretches their hand toward you and offers to pull you out.

At the exact time, you feel overwhelmed by circumstances, something unexpected happens to ease your discomfort.

When a window closes, watch for the door left ajar, because it is an invitation to be brave and see what is on the other side.

Until tomorrow, with change your adaptability rises.

Before I move ahead, I would love to wish my father a Happy Birthday.

I lost him when I was sweet sixteen, he taught me to believe all things are possible.

He died of cancer and through his pain, I learned a lot when I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

I know that there had to be another way to treat cancer.

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

October represents several occasions.

The first that comes to my mind and anyone that had someone dear to them or has breast cancer, this is the month to honor them.

I will be busy this month spreading the word that there are choices of other methods to manage this disease.

Proof is in the pudding for I have learned first-hand with the treatments that I chose we can manage cancer without surgery, chemo, or radiation.

The saying, “We individually are drops of water but as a whole we are the ocean,” so I am going to spend most of my time educating and giving knowledge out through my book and speaking out to the public for the cause.

Yes, we do have choices.

I am so upset and heartfelt over this subject, for I have been affected and now that we can manage this disease not only through FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE, but also through lifestyle.

It is hard, but not as hard as having surgery, chemo, or radiation. We need to make a stand and fight for our lives.

So, let us take a moment or two to honor all that have died of this illness.

I have several family members that have died through surgery, chemo, and radiation.

Enough is enough ~ stand up with me and show my book to someone that needs help, which want is not to go the conventional way.

We can manage this and live a happier life without side effects.

For only $5.00 on Kindle or E-Book, this might save a life of someone that did not know of other ways to manage cancer.

Five years ago, I did a presentation in Mexico at the Open Circle.

I crochet the dress, I wanted to share that color is your journey and you are the canvas.

Today, Dan and I are still enthusiastic on sharing different methods and that it should be your choice.

OCTOBER 22nd, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

Make a Difference Day – October 22, 2022

Make a Difference Day is celebrated annually on the fourth Saturday of October, on October 22 this year.

If you have ever wondered if your actions can make a difference, the answer is yes.

And if you have wondered where to start, the answer is Make a Difference Day.

We come together to volunteer, raise funds, offer support, and learn about the most urgent needs of our society.

You do not have to join an N.G.O. or travel to another country, you can start by cleaning your own backyard (literally and figuratively) because volunteering is all about becoming the change you wish to see in the world.

So many people think that their lone efforts will never make a difference.

We are here to tell you they do.

Make a Difference Day makes a case for the power of individual contribution to the greater good.

Make a Difference Day was created by “USA Weekend” magazine in 1992 to offer community support and encourage volunteerism across the country.

Points of Light, a non-profit organization founded by former U.S. President George H. W. Bush, is the official co-sponsor of Make a Difference Day.

Ever since its inception, make a Difference Day has echoed in thirty countries and has inspired over thirty million volunteer hours.

For decades, “USA Weekend” served as the central location for interested volunteers to gather information about volunteering for Make a Difference Day.

This service has now been taken over by “USA Today.”

From gathering stuffed toys for firefighters to organizing a nationwide relief effort in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, make a Difference Day has offered instrumental humanitarian aid to the country.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

IT’S TIME NOW TO LET GO OF THE PAST AND EMBRACE ALL THAT AWAITS YOU!

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; SMELL

SMELLS AND MOODS-

KEY ESSENTIAL OILS- TEA TREE

Tea tree clears acne, insect bites, and skin infections.

Also helps fight colds and flu.

Try four drops tea tree and four drops frankincense in four teaspoons jojoba carrier oil on infected skin.

Four drops of tea tree and four drops lemon in four teaspoons grapeseed carrier oil helps colds and flu.

Rub one teaspoon of the blend on the chest twice daily.

Tomorrow, ROSEMARY

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Cancer: Civilization's - No. 2 Killer

Continuing from yesterday, Differentiation and De-differentiation.

Differentiation is the process that takes place in a developing embryo during pregnancy by which primitive, unspecialized embryo cells, as they multiply, change in form to the different specialized cells required to form the different organs of the baby's body.

At conception, when egg and sperm unite to form one cell which then subdivides and multiplies, the new cells--called embryonic cells-- are all the same: they are primitive in form, largely anaerobic, and multiply rapidly without constraint.

And although they are different to the mother's own body cells and therefore foreign to her body, because of what is known as blocking factor they are not challenged by her immune system.
