We cannot think of being acceptable to others until we have first proven acceptable to ourselves.

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON; SELF- WORTH AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello Followers,

Are you ready for a new beginning of a new week!

I have always believed that what happen in the past made you who you are today.

Through your lessons and experiences; you are where you are.

So, let go of last weeks experiences and get ready for new lessons this week.

Form your journey with these experiences and lessons, get going.

Go for your goals and dreams.

Don’t look back, just go forward, have faith and go toward each day; remember there are no mistakes just lessons.

Trust and love yourself.

Everything is possible.

You will later look back and see that everything happens for a reason.

So, this week believe in yourself.

It’s your journey live it!

It can be somewhat overwhelming to see yourself for who “you surely are” without the assets or dream job or friends.

For some people, it can be agonizing, and they would do anything but come to this stage of awareness.

There also exists a high possibility for one to become afraid of becoming self-aware.

It is natural for humans to be elusive of this sort of fear or pain.

This process is necessary for the discovery of self-worth and should never be avoided.

Beyond every seemingly painful emotion is an eternity of freedom, and the first step on this journey is self-awareness.

This is the key to finding self-worth.

Is the cure rate for conventional / orthodox cancer treatment, correct

In Cancer statistics, the American Cancer Society (ACS) listed some of their cancer cure rates as high as 45% to 55%.

Yet we are reading from other sources that the cure rate for conventional cancer treatment is less than 3%.

Who is telling the truth?

Answer: The reason ACS and other cancer society’s claim such high rates is due to the fact that they use a "5-year survival" rate i.e., ability to live for 5 years.

This is an arbitrary figure and there is no scientific basis for choosing this number.

That means if the cancer originates at the liver, and after 5 years, you have no liver cancer but you have lung cancer, you are still considered cured and your figure is added to the cure rate!

Or you have cancer, and you survived for 5 years, but you died from their cancer treatment after 5 years and 1 day, you are still considered cured according to their cure rate statistics.

Or you have been "cured" of cancer by conventional treatment, and due to the destruction of your immune system caused by the toxic treatment, you fall sick by catching a simple cold or pneumonia, and you died.

You are still considered "cured" of cancer - and your name is added to the cure rate.

This is totally unacceptable and a manipulation of cancer statistics to deceive the general public.

Of course, the motive behind this is the profiteering of billions of dollars the medical and pharmaceutical industries get from existing and potential cancer patients.

Good cancer statistics get more business and that means more money!

On the other hand, we have cancer statistics from alternative treatment, natural treatment, holistic treatment protocols where the cure rate is as high as 90% and some 99%.

Natural cancer treatments have a 30 times higher cure rate than orthodox cancer treatments of radiation therapy, chemotherapy and surgery.

This is because natural treatments cure the whole person.

They target only the cancer cells and not the non-cancer cells.

They rebuild the whole-body systems by rejuvenating the body as it is supposed to be, and they continue to enable the former "cancer patient" to live in vitality and good health by healthy living habits.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

SELF-WORTH

Many people believe they are too nice and that it’s the reason they get treated poorly over and over.

Remember the golden rule!

Do unto others as you’d have done to you.

If you treated someone poorly, would you expect them to just put up with it?

Of course not.

So, you shouldn’t put up with it either.

Being too nice to someone who treats you poorly isn’t a sign that you love them very much, but rather a sign that you don’t love yourself enough.

You are worthy of more.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.

WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

While there is some data to suggest that left-handedness runs in families, scientists have found no hard evidence that the trait is carried genetically.

One of the more intriguing explanations for left-handedness was offered by the late Dr, Norman Geschwind of Boston.

His theories suggest that handedness is determined long before birth, and the determining factor is testosterone; the male hormone.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

THROUGH PICTURES

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

WITH PICTURES

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

29 PICTURES - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW

"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 8; HANDLING FRAZZLED EMOTIONS.

APPRECIATE YOUR EMOTIONS

Healthy emotions develop from listening to the affirmations and the alarms of your feelings.

When someone treats you disrespectfully, recognize the pain.

It’s the same as when someone steps on your foot; it hurts.

Healthy people acknowledge the pain, they know stepping on someone is wrong.

Accepting that a hurtful action is wrong gives you a handle for dealing with it, a way to let it go; to a bigger person, to feel sorrow for the smallness of someone else.

Tomorrow will continue on APPRECIATE YOUR EMOTIONS.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of NETTLE. It’s amazing what and how nettle can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know that nettle improves kidney health?

Stinging nettles just keeps on giving more benefits!

Another advantage of stinging nettle is its ability to be a diuretic, which is just another fancier word for “makes me wanna pee more”.

This is especially important for those having a hard time getting them liquids out even if your body wants to.

Urinating expels wastes from the body, like excess salts, urea, and creatinine.

By increasing the volume of urine, this enables the body to even wash out harmful bacteria that have found their way into the kidneys and urinary tract.

That is why having nettle is useful as an adjunct therapy for those taking treatment for urinary tract infections.

Stinging nettle also has the ability to prevent kidney stones.

In a 2014 study done on rats, researchers found that rats given nettle extract had a reduced build-up of calcium-oxalate crystals, which is the common contributor to kidney stones.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while

managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!

Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!

15 Minute Guided Meditation to Release Suppressed Emotions / Mindful Movement

Take 15 minutes out of your busy day to relax and let go of any negative or difficult emotions you have been holding on to.

As your body unwinds, any emotional strain that you have been carrying begs to be released.

Your feelings that you choose not to experience don't just disappear, but they are held in your physical being and can be manifested as unpleasant bodily symptoms.

By releasing our suppressed emotions, we can alleviate the suffering within us.

Enjoy this 15-minute meditation to do just that.

“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford

We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!

ACCEPTABLE TO OURSELVES

We cannot think of being acceptable to others until we have first proven acceptable to ourselves. #we#cannot#think#being#acceptable#others#until#first#proven#ourselves#inspirational

Until Tuesday, life is too short to waste any amount of time on wondering what other people think about you. In the first place, if they had better things going on in their lives, they wouldn't have the time to sit around and talk about you. What's important to me is not others' opinions of me, but what's important to me is my opinion of myself.”
