Welcome to Monday!

Gratitude is an important part of health and wellness.

Today is your day to start fresh.

To eat right.

To exercise.

To live healthily.

To be proud of yourself.

And be thankful.

It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of chamomile and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.

Chamomile: the tea that makes you smile!

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

Chamomile has soothing and healing properties when applied topically, making it useful for treating skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, and minor wounds.

Chamomile is gentle on the skin and has been used topically to soothe skin irritations, including eczema, rashes, and minor wounds.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!

Scientists have found that physical activity from simple walking to dancing, releases a powerful mix of dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins in the brain, creating an instant “neurochemical bubble bath” that lifts mood and reduces anxiety.

This effect explains why dancing or rhythmic exercise is often linked to improved mental health.

Movement not only stimulates the body but also rewires brain circuits for resilience, focus, and emotional regulation.

Studies show regular physical activity reduces the risk of depression by up to 30%.

Dancing, in particular, combines exercise with social bonding and music, amplifying its impact.

This discovery underscores the importance of daily movement in maintaining brain health.

Far from being just fitness, exercise is a direct form of medicine for the mind.

Dan and I welcome you to join us with the next book for our book club.

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington

SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO FEND FOR YOURSELF

A grey seal pup is born in late autumn or winter in wild, cold seas.

The pup is entirely dependent on its mother to stay alive and needs her rich milk to help it grow quickly.

But even she must feed and will leave her pup alone on the shore for many hours at a time.

Usually, the pup is left in a sheltered cove, where predators are unlikely to find it.

While it may look forlorn to human eyes, the pup is a born survivor.

Its thick coat is ample for any wintry weather, and soon it will shed its fluffy white fur and be ready to swim in the sea on its own.

Embrace the power of new beginnings by releasing the past, setting fresh intentions, and nurturing courage to welcome new possibilities into your life. 🌱✨

Until Tuesday, let us chamomile and have a relaxing day.
