With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.

CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB - LEMON BALM AND 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Hump Day!

Wow, in three days we all will be turning the corner on the past year.

And this is the last Wednesday of this year.

The countdown to 2022 is in three days.

Next Saturday will start the new year.

Emotions often run high during this season, some call it the ‘holiday blues’ and it’s a real condition for many people.

The season of joy and giving often takes on a different emotion to the one we expected; the pressure to perform, entertain, cater and present is higher than any other time of year.

It’s often filled with stress, anxiety and financial pressure.

We often working our fingers to the bone, spending money we don’t have, picking up offenses we shouldn’t and experiencing food and alcohol guilt.

The holiday spirit takes on a feeding frenzy of its own.

Sometimes it’s loneliness and disappointment that takes over.

Whatever it may be, we may tend to think about it, but do we do something about it?

Is next year going to be different?

2021 may have come with many blows, but, just maybe, it made you stronger, made you more resilient and best of all.

Its sure made Dan and I grateful for all that we have.

Regardless of what the world throws at you this 2022, how are you going to do it differently?

Love to hear from you, just leave a message.

Since it is the last week of this year, Dan and I will focus on recapping on favorite posts on this blog of 2021 in expressing the healthier tomorrow.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

RECAP – SERIES ONE; VITAMINS AND MINERALS

INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017

Hello Saturday,

Today in this world there is a lot of changes, from the corona virus to technology.

Change can be scary.

It doesn't matter if you're going through a small change or a big one — doing something totally different than you're used to is terrifying.

Embracing change might be exactly what you need, but taking those first few steps can seem almost impossible.

Without the support of family and friends, as well as knowing and accepting that change might be a little foreign at first, we would be stuck in the same place forever.

As I was going through treatment in Mexico ten years ago, I embraced the change of doing something different other than conventional medicine.

This also speaks for Dan when he did the same eight years ago.

We as a family embraced something foreign to us, but after taking those tiny steps, I’m able to speak from experience and tell my story.

Many people think that change is necessary simply because someone told them it was.

In fact, change should always start from within; if you can't make yourself, accept change and be willing to move forward, you will end up feeling like you made a big mistake.

Instead of listening to others, you must learn to make your own decisions in life.

Of course, going to Mexico was scary — most changes are — but that doesn't mean it won't lead to something amazing.

Rather, finding the courage to be exactly who and where you want to be in life is admirable.

Dan and I not only got treatment, we learned from some of the finest professional doctors how to manage our lives after cancer.

This also led us to the CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017 many years later.

Accepting and dealing with changes, no matter how big they are, differs for everyone.

Learning how to do what's right for you and only you will make change seem less scary.

There's always time to change your life for the better.

CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL

TUNE INTO NATURE

Nature’s healing power is known by people who’ve adopted a hedgehog, gene wild swimming or tracked migrating birds.

It works because our focus is shifted to life elsewhere, away from social stresses.

Get out among weather and wildness when you can.

In cities, make good use of parks or take day trips to explore the green periphery.

Learn to identify species, this increases your quality of engagement.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.

Continue on RELEASER – the fifth of the five anger-management styles

Releasers use anger as their ally.

They are not afraid of anger, nor do they try to deny it.

They recognize anger for what it is, a signal.

This encourages them to discern the source of the problem, energize, act on the need, and then let go of the anger.

They see anger as a friend, a tool, and a necessary part of their healthy emotions.

FEEL IT; USE IT; LET IT GO.

Tomorrow TAKE CONTROL –

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

Lemon balm regulates Blood Sugar Levels!

More than 22-million Americans live with the blood sugar disorder diabetes.

Diabetes is often a symptom of the pancreas losing its ability to release insulin efficiently.

There is promising research to show that lemon balm is effective in helping people regulate blood sugar levels.

Drinking lemon balm tea in a fasted state first thing in the morning helps lower blood sugar and control it throughout the day, the polyphenols in the tea help stimulate pancreatic function, helping to improve insulin sensitivity.

More than 55-million Americans are prediabetic, and lemon balm can help you reduce your chances of the condition progressing into diabetes.

Drinking lemon balm tea in the morning and fasting until the late afternoon is a great way to sort out any blood sugar problems you’re facing.

Try that protocol for two weeks, and get your doctor to take your fasting blood sugar results in two weeks.

You’ll find the results surprising, and you’ll probably be out of the risk profile for diabetes or prediabetes.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
