Hello Followers,
Welcome to Friday, the first day of August!

As the sun rises on a fresh month, let us take this opportunity to reflect, reset, and open ourselves to the possibilities that August has to offer.
Whether your days are filled with routines or spontaneous plans, remember: every morning brings with it the promise of discovery.
Let us resolve to step outside our comfort zones, notice the small joys, and create stories worth remembering.
Herbs are the natural healers of the world.
In every herb, there is a medicine waiting to be discovered.
Herbs are the green doctors that nature provides.
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
For example:
Given the fact that rosemary is characteristically warm and stimulating by nature, it can help enhance the movement of blood.
This, in turn, helps supply vital nutrients to all the vital organs and boosts metabolic activities in your body.
It is partly because of this very ability to increase blood circulation, particularly to the head, that rosemary is recognized as a cognitive stimulant and a memory enhancer.
How to use:
Drink rosemary tea on a regular basis to promote circulation.
If you frequently suffer from cold limbs due to poor circulation, massage the affected limbs with rosemary-infused oil.

MEMENTOES
It is so rewarding to celebrate your successes and relive your favorite moments by keeping a record of your adventures.
How you choose to do it is up to you.
It is a great chance for you to be creative, but you could start with one of the following ideas:
Put up a pinboard and decorate it with photos, tickets, and other keepsakes from your activities.
Add quotes or words that sum up your achievement too.
TAKE A PICTURE
Document your extraordinary days with photos.
Make sure each picture is a memory-jogger and either print to display, share on social media or make a collage for your desktop.
GO FIGURES
If numbers are your thing, get technical and record your achievements as stats.
There are dozens of life-logging apps to help you track everything from your exercise achievements to your travel destinations.
You will soon have charts aplenty to show how far you have come.
BUILD A BULLET JOURNAL
Bullet-journaling is a creative way of organizing your plans and recording your experiences in thoughtfully designed pages.
Check online for pointers to get started.
GET PAINTING OR DRAWING OR…
If you love art, why not make a visual record of your adventures?
You could draw a cartoon to capture your favorite moments from the week or create a poster to record your milestones.
…GET WRITING
Do not forget that journal entries can be creative too.
You can sum up your week in a poem or even write events up as a newspaper report or short story.
A LINE A DAY
Write a sentence a day.
Every day, to sum up your experiences.
This really makes you think about your memorable moments and is fun to look back on.
Feel the loving positive energy and bring that with you everywhere you go today!
Until Saturday, in the garden of herbs, you will find the secret to wellness.
