Maybe yesterday tired you out.


And you are ready to restart your week.


Dan and my promise to you today is to not stress out about the little things.



Today is about finding pockets of peace and sprinkling a little joy into your routine.


Embrace the opportunity to let go, reset, and notice the beauty hiding in the everyday.

 

In the power of herbs, lies the art of living well.



 

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

 

FOR EXAMPLE:

 

The sweet aroma of rosemary is effective in clearing your mind and providing relief from stress.

 

It is calming nature and even helps relax tense muscles.

 

In 2013 study researchers studied the effects of inhaling rosemary oil on subjective feelings and the activities of the nervous system.

 


Rosemary can even work as a natural sleep aid to improve sleep quality and duration.

 

Researchers also found that exposure to rosemary oil for about 1 hour helped the participants feel fresh and become alert and cheerful.

 

To fight stress and anxiety, add a few drops of rosemary essential oil in an aromatherapy diffuser or vaporizer.

 

Place it in your bedroom at a safe distance, so that the calming vapors can help induce a deep and peaceful slumber.
