Hello Followers,
It is Saturday!

The weekend has begun.
And to celebrate that and kick off these next two days the right way Dan and I would like to wish you a weekend where you have time and space to both get what you want to get done and get some needed rest and renewal.
For Dan and I this weekend is special, it is our Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary my love.
Also, a shout out to my sister, Linda; Happy Birthday!
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
Nature’s medicine chest is full of healing possibilities.
Rosemary is predominantly used as a seasoning for savory meat preparations.
Fresh or dried rosemary can also be used to brew a delicious and healthy cup of tea.
Add a fresh sprig from your rosemary bush to your teapot containing one cup of boiling water.
Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes if you prefer your tea mild and aromatic.
However, if you are not averse to a stronger and more bitter-tasting brew, it is best you steep the leaves for up to 10 minutes as it will help draw out more of the healthy oils and nutrients that will maximize the tea’s benefits.
In the case of fresh sprigs, you can avoid having to filter the tea by leaving the rosemary needles on the stem.
If, however, you choose to use dried rosemary, the rule of thumb is one teaspoon per cup of boiling water.

Conclusion of Life’s a Journey not a destination
Well, you have reached the end but not of course the end of your adventure.
Dan and I hope that your journey is just beginning as you fall in love again with your extraordinary life.
Do not forget to embrace the good bits, learn from the bad bits, and celebrate all the brilliant moments in between.
Life’s certainly a journey that sweeps us along but remember that you get to choose the direction and to set the pace.
So, pick an interesting route, look forward to a detour or two and set out with optimism and excitement in your heart.
Most importantly, though, cherish the memories you make with your fellow travelers along the way.
Enjoy your trip!
