Christmas is not as much about opening our presents as opening our hearts.

Hello Followers,

Happy Christmas Eve!

It is the season to warm your heart and remind yourself of the true spirit of Christmas.

This joyous holiday has also inspired people to reflect on what it means and how it is celebrated.

The true meaning of Christmas is the celebration of the Savior, Jesus Christ.

The Christmas story is recorded in Luke 2:4-19.

Beyond its religious roots, Christmas has evolved into a widely celebrated cultural and festive occasion in many parts of the world.

It often involves exchanging gifts, spending time with family and friends, decorating homes with festive ornaments, and partaking in special meals and traditions.

We all have been given this precious gift of life, along with it a mind.

Our minds play a special role in how we live this precious gift.

Throughout this past year, Dan and I have been exploring just how special one’s mind really is.

Words, thoughts, and actions play a large role in how we feel.

From the time we are born, we listen, see, and form our actions.

Things happen that are out of our control and through our words, thoughts, and actions determine our outcome.

Positive vibes each day, reverses the negative and generates to others around you.

May the new year bring us together by those positive vibes.

Stop and reflect!

Life is precious.

So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

December 24th

BEGIN YOUR DAY WITH these expensive mantras-

I am choosing to expand and prepare for the growth that is about to take place.

My life is not meant to be lived on the sidelines, watching, and waiting.

I am becoming an active participant in my life, open to learning, growing, and accepting lessons as they appear.

I am growing and pushing aside old beliefs that no longer serve me.

I am ready to take up the space that was meant for me.

WEEKLY RECAP

Renewal is necessary for recharge.

Love does not make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.

Go for it now. The future is promised to no one.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.

Let us love winter, for it is the spring of genius.

Self-care means giving yourself permission to pause.

Change, like healing, takes time.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

Releasing Holiday Stress and Anxiety with this 10-minute guided meditation.

The holidays often bring a mix of joy and stress, with the pressure to create perfect moments sometimes overshadowing the true spirit of the season.

To discover peace during this time, it is essential to carve out moments of stillness and reflection.

Whether it is taking a quiet walk-in nature, enjoying a cup of tea or coffee by the fireplace, or simply embracing the warmth of a loved one's company, finding solace in simple pleasures can anchor us in the present.

Choosing to release the expectation of perfection and instead focusing on gratitude and meaningful connections can lead to a serene and fulfilling holiday experience.

In these moments of letting go, we can rediscover the true essence of the season and connect with the inner peace that resides within us.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Christmas, Christmas waves a magic wand over this world,

and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful.
