Gifts are temporary and often forgotten; love is forever and always remembered.

Hello Followers,

WELCOME SUNDAY!

The title of the day; gifts are temporary and often forgotten but love is forever and always remembered.

This is so true!

TO BE LOVED, WE MUST GIVE LOVE.

Of all powers, love is the most powerful and the most powerless.

It is the most powerful because it alone can conquer that final stronghold, which is the human heart.

It is the most powerless because it can do nothing except by consent.

Love can be an enlightening emotion that can be experienced toward friends, families, romantic partners, the universe, God, or oneself.

Losing love may be considered one of the most painful experiences.

Gaining it may be considered one of the happiest.

Powerful love might not only refer to romantic love.

Your love for others in your life could also be considered powerful and life changing.

For some, self-love might be the most powerful form of love, as many struggle to achieve it.

For others, the love a parent feels for their child could feel the most powerful and, in many cases, a young boy or girl carries familial love with them for a lifetime.

Love can be a subjective topic; however, love is also a powerful message for the world.

How will you love today?

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

November 26th

TO BE LOVED, WE MUST GIVE LOVE.

We have the opportunity to send love to others every day.

We can send love in words, thoughts, and actions.

Give love without expectation.

Send love to the people you pass on the street.

Do something nice for the people you live with.

Love when it is hard to love just as much as you love when it is easy.

Create a spirit of love every day and notice how your life transforms.

How will you love today?

WEEKLY RECAP

There is nothing permanent except change.

Fear never builds the future, but hope does.

The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.

Give and take is the root of all good.

Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our thanksgiving.

Fear is a fear of change, of the unknown, of potential failure.

Sometimes carrying on, just carrying on, is a superhuman achievement.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This is an Original 10-minute guided morning meditation to set a positive tone for your entire day.

With this practice that helps you establish a mindset of love and openness, not only towards others but also towards yourself.

It reminds you to prioritize love, kindness, and connection, fostering a sense of emotional well-being that can improve your interactions with those around you.

This meditation serves as a gentle reminder that love is a powerful force that can transform your daily experiences, bringing greater joy, compassion, and fulfillment into your life.

Give yourself the gift of this meditation each morning and watch as it nurtures your heart and soul throughout the day ahead.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Monday, love’s greatest gift is its ability to make everything it touches sacred.
