Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our thanksgiving.

Hello Followers,

Happy Thanksgiving to all in my part of the world.

As Dan and I reflect on the past, every day we are thankful for each other and you.

We count our blessings and find reason for our purpose and spread it to others.

Like the saying from the words of Shakespeare, "O Lord that lends me life, lend me a heart replete with thankfulness.”

Be present in all things and thankful for all things.

Tell yourself every day:

I AM HERE FOR A REASON!

I HAVE A PURPOSE!

MY LIFE HAS MEANING!

I AM HERE FOR A REASON!

I’m here for a REASON not just a season!

MY REASON is greater than ANY SEASON!

I’m not just passing by!

I’m leaving a legacy. I’m making my mark. Creating a spark.

I AM HERE WITH PURPOSE!

I AM HERE WITH INTENTION!

I AM HERE WITH DIRECTION!

I AM HERE FOR A REASON!

You must believe that you are here for a reason.

A great reason.

There is MEANING to your life.

MEANING that will enhance more than just your life.

PURPOSE that will change many other lives.

BE THANKFUL!

Even for the little things.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

November 23rd

CONCENTRATION CAN FEEL elusive when it feels as if all the tabs in your brain are open.

We live in an endless loop of information.

Although this is convenient and awesome, it takes a toll on our nervous systems.

To function at our highest capacity, we need to take time for stillness.

Start your day shutting down all the tabs in your brain and finding your center.

Let peace enter it only for a moment.

Breathe in the stillness.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

You absolutely can access feelings of inner stillness in just 5 minutes.

Use this short meditation to drop into a state of peace and stillness within.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words, walk, meditation, Qigongon the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received.

Thankfulness is the natural impulse to express that feeling.

Thanksgiving is the following of that impulse
