That is why it is important to remind ourselves to go with the flow every now and then.
Everything happens for a reason, and it is important to trust in the process of life.
Life can be unpredictable and chaotic at times, and it can be easy to get caught up in stress and worry.
However, one important key to maintaining a sense of peace and balance is to learn to go with the flow and accept what comes our way, rather than fighting against it.

LIFE IS EASIER AND MORE ENJOYABLE when we allow it to flow.
Resistance blocks the flow in our lives.
When we resist, what is meant to leave stays and what is meant to arrive is blocked.
Notice any areas where you may feel resistant or stuck.
Visualize removing that block and letting the good flow in and the bad flow out.
Become open by releasing the need to control.
Allow wonderful things to come to you.

Feelings come and go like clouds. Conscious breathing is my anchor.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes life can feel like a non-stop uphill battle.
This 10-minute morning guided meditation will help you to open and begin to flow with life.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
