Hello Followers,

Welcome to Thursday!

Bring us healing to the wounds of past hurts, granting us the strength to forgive and the courage to embrace hope and joy once more.

When you pray, it may help to lower your blood pressure.

One study showed that older adults who participated in religious activities, like prayer, were more likely to have lower blood pressure.

It is not entirely clear why prayer has a positive effect on blood pressure.

Other studies have shown that the regular practice of prayer or meditation may lower blood pressure due to its relaxing effect.

Continuing today, Life’s a Journey, not a Destination.

How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.

Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.

Ten-minute task bursts.

We are all guilty of putting off projects that seem too overwhelming to start with.

We might tell ourselves that we need a couple of hours to complete them and then somehow never find the time.

There is no need to miss achieving things when there are moments in your day you can use towards reaching your goals.

Almost every task can be broken down into smaller steps, whether you are planning a road trip or applying for a new job, so schedule in a ten-minute task burst whenever suits you best, early morning, in your lunch break, or after you have eaten your evening meal and use the time to focus completely on your project.

You will be surprised at how much you can achieve in ten minutes a day.

ONE DAY OR DAY ONE, YOU DECIDE

This 3-step meditation is designed to help you connect deeply with divine support, bringing clarity, peace, and strength into your life.

We begin with Step One: Asking for What You Need.

You will express your deepest desires both material and spiritual whether it is success, purpose, or a closer connection with God.

This step opens you to receive divine guidance and affirms your faith.

STEP TWO

In Step Two: Gratitude for Life’s Blessings, you will reflect on meaningful moments relationships, career achievements, and personal growth that may have been guided by a higher power.

This gratitude opens your heart to even more blessings.

STEP THREE

Step Three shifts the focus outward as you pray for others.

Wishing health, happiness, and strength for those around you invites these qualities into your own life, fostering compassion and connection.

The meditation closes with a reminder that divine support is always available to you.

No matter where you are or what you face, a connection with God or a higher power is within reach, ready to bring you peace and strength whenever you need it.

Until Friday, pour out Your compassion upon us, providing healing, strength,

and resources to meet our needs.
