Hello Followers,


Thank goodness it is Friday!



When we go through tough times, even if our situations look impossible, stay in an attitude of faith.



And start declaring God’s blessings instead of being discouraged and do not develop a sour attitude.


Prayers can reduce stress!



Healing prayers often induce a relaxation response, which can aid in reducing stress and anxiety levels and calming the cardiovascular system.


This can have physiological benefits, such as lowered heart rates, blood pressure, and oxygen consumption.


Praying can help reduce stress levels, boost immunity, and manage pain.


Prayer can raise immunity!



High stress levels may also lead to chronic inflammation.


According to research, there is a strong correlation between chronic inflammation and aging.


This may result from the negative impact of stress on the thyroid and adrenal glands.


Over time, this may lead to low immune function and raise the risk of conditions such as atherosclerosis, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

Join A Team


If you have not played a team sport since school, how about taking it to the court or pitch and giving your favorite game another goes?


There are plenty of options to choose from, such as joining a football or netball squad, or playing doubles tennis or badminton.



Being part of a team will help you to hone your abilities, appreciate your strengths, work with others, and speak up for yourself too.


You will get benefits from regular exercise and a wonderful, mood-boosting feeling of belonging.

Plus, there are the post-match celebrations to look forward to, of course!



If sports are not really your thing, there are other team activities to tempt you, perhaps you could join a quiz team, debating group or choir.
