Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Is something troubling you today?

Or are you feeling under the weather?

Well, if you will live with an attitude of faith, before long God’s blessings is going to show up, and that difficult situation will turn around to your benefit.

Did you know prayer can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s!

Spiritual practices such as praying and meditation may also act as a natural buffer against age-related conditions such as Alzheimer’s and arthritis.

While praying may not be enough to prevent the onset of these conditions, it may help delay them, reduce symptoms, or slow down their progress.

Based on research and anecdotal evidence, prayers appear to have several healing qualities both physical and emotional.

To introduce this practice into one’s daily life, here are some tips that may help:

Forming a habit: Praying at the same time every day may help one establish some time apart for connecting with themselves and the powers they believe in.

Set aside five to ten minutes daily to pray or meditate and do it consistently.

Keep it simple: Praying and meditation do not require significant investments.

A calm, quiet space is enough.

If interested, one may consider investing in plants, inspirational books, essential oils, overtime.

Two weeks try out

It is time to focus on one of those things you have always been meaning to try and finally give it a go.

Perhaps you have decluttered your schedule but still not found the time to build an art portfolio, transform your fitness regime, or learn to ride a motorbike.

Well, if you really want to follow your dream, you are going to have to do something a bit more drastic and make some time.

One option is to take some time off work to concentrate on your goal.

Another idea is to make an extra hour in your day, every day, be getting up early for a week or two and rearranging your day a little if necessary to find the time.

Even if you cannot complete the whole project in your fortnight of extra hours, at least you will have made a start and will know whether it is something you would like to pursue long term.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND LOVE WHAT YOU DO.

Experience God's presence in this relaxing 10-minute meditation.

Until Sunday, keep going, keep growing God has much more in store for you!
