Herbs are the green doctors that nature provides and whispers of nature’s wisdom.


Also, the positive touch of the earth on our health.


Do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.



For example:


Some studies show that aloe vera juice may help lower blood sugar levels in people with diabetes and prediabetes.


Researchers say substances in aloe vera repair damaged cells in the pancreas that make insulin, the hormone that helps control blood sugar levels.



Aloe might also lower blood sugar by helping the body’s cells respond better to insulin.
