Hello Followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!

Grant me the strength to face the challenges and the grace to find healing.
Renew my spirit, empower me with courage, and restore my health according to your will.
Prayer might also play a part in managing pain.
People who pray or receive prayerful support from others report reduced levels of pain and discomfort.
This seems to be the case for those with both acute and chronic pain.
Participating in prayer may have a positive effect on reducing pain intensity and increasing pain tolerance.

Continuing today, Life’s a Journey, not a Destination.
How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.
Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.
Switch up your treats.
Make sure you appreciate any little luxuries you treat yourself to each month by choosing carefully and picking something you will have time to enjoy.
If you are currently paying for a few different subscriptions every month but are not getting the most out of them, think about cancelling and opting for pay-as-you-go passes, as and when you use them.
Monthly fees for the gym and cinema or TV and music services, plus other treats such as magazine or food subscriptions, can be expensive, so you will free up some money to put towards your savings goals.
Non-specific, non-denominational meditation on God.
I am certain this meditation can help anyone feel closer to God.
God is love and you are loved.
Please Enjoy!
Until Thursday, bring healing and comfort to the body, mind, and spirit.
Grant strength and surround your peace during this challenging time.
