Hello Followers,

Welcome to the first Monday in June!

Just living is not enough,” said the butterfly, “one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.

And he shall be like the light of the morning when the sun rises.

A morning without clouds.

Like the tender grass springing out of the earth.

By clear shining after rain.  -Samuel 23:4

Dan and I will continue adventuring out in the sunlight?

We have got several easy workarounds to ensure you reap the daily benefits of natural light without drilling a skylight into your home or the office ceiling.

Get out when you can!

And break free of your four walls by taking your lunch break outside, squeezing in a morning walk before work, or winding down on your patio at the end of the day.

Also, it is best to exercise outdoors, or by the window at your gym.

Exercise is known to improve mood, and recent research links it with increased vitamin D.

The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.

How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.

Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.

It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.-  Ursula K. Le Guin

Life’s a journey and what a journey it is!

There are twists and turns.

Detours and delays.

High points.

A few low points.

And a wonderful mixture of everyday blessings in between.

But when time flies so quickly, it can be tricky to appreciate the good things, let alone relax and enjoy the activities we love.

Continue tomorrow, for there is good news that any one of us can transform an ordinary life into an extraordinary one.

Sun is the source of energy for every living thing on earth.

When we meditate on the sun, we start to develop its divine qualities and emerge ourselves in its high vibrational frequency.

Ra was the god/power/force of heaven, the sun, and the origin of life in Kemetic spirituality.

Devotion to Ra was central to Ancient Kemet and many solar temples were built in his honor.

Through deeply activating our solar plexus chakra (spiritual energy center colored yellow and located just above the navel), Ra unlocks our inner sun’s light.

He heals anything that is preventing us from sharing our radiant light with the world.

This meditation is perfect to do early in the morning, or at the beginning of yoga practice.

It would also be incredible to do it at sunset or when you have just finished your day and want to unwind and reconnect.

Until Tuesday, the sun,

the bright sun,

that brings back,

not light alone,

but new life,

and hope,

and freshness to us,

burst upon our town in clear and radiant glory.
